Incompetent! Both Claire and Joe. You will definitely be on the chase trying to get any up dates on case, questions answered. We agreed steps were to be taken and instead of informing me of a change, they just didnt follow through as we agreed. No call, text , email stating the plan had changed and why. I had two in person meetings that were scheduled way in advance with a meeting time Joe scheduled and yet I am sitting in parking lot as he rolls up from lunch at meeting time. He goes to look for my file and can’t seem to find it seems like that should have been ready to go if there even was one. We were going over financial documents pertaining to my divorce as this was a big piece to why I hired him! he’s dozing off in and out of sleep. Professional for sure. Second in person meeting was scheduled set up and of course no one there parking lot empty. No call, text, email hey I am running late. Nothing. Email both Claire and Joe this was after 30 min of waiting. And Joes a judge in White House is that acceptable in court ? Both Clair and her dad Joe, have trouble communicating with each other as when I asked a question I would get conflicting information. All documents that were originals for my divorce I left for joes review . Joe said they would be safe in a file well file was given to me to me it look like something they threw together last min. with nothing but 4 documents all the rest had some how disappeared. I called daughter her statement was “you will have to call make an appointment and we will have to get documents together” that’s what I did ! That’s what I was there for the documents! I set appointment! I talked to Joe prior. Joe says he Dosent have any of my documents and if he does he will send them to me so those documents get lost in mail? Maybe if he wasn’t falling asleep! and handing his work instead of handing case to daughter who’s been in practice for a few years , and taking these documents as proof/evidence seriously, he would know what happened to them. Do they have documents or not? They need to make sure their story match. Motions were not filed on my behalf as husband did not answer in a timely manner , as two other lawyers and court clerk confirmed definitely should have happen seeing he was being transferred to a different state! Which means more money out of my pocket dealing with divorce from another state. But, no problem Claire granted her permission, apparently to give opposing council extended time knowing circumstances . Never informing me that time was requested. Maybe judge would have felt differently about extending time due to special circumstances. I now have been dealing with a pretty uncomplicated divorce for 6 months . No kids involved shouldn’t be this slow . Fired both attorneys. I’m glad this folder was thrown together to say “We are on top of it” almost as good as my high school folder :)

The Zanger Law Firm has completed several legal services for me over the last couple of years. Mr. Zanger and company is very experienced and did a great job. They were professional and I experienced great client/customer services from the firm. They Also had reasonable rates. I would definitely recommend The Zanger Law practice.
