Won't return my calls, as others have mentioned only take cases which will be 100% a win, and refuses to take on cases involving misconduct with other local lawyers. Absolutely terrible and a waste of money.

David was not a good attorney. He will tell you "I got the family the maximum amount allowable, so I did a good job". However, we did most of the work. He would have a weekly meeting, via phone, he would tells us he would check into something and we would have to contact him back in order to see if he did it or not. Also, he did not copy me on emails that he sent to people who were involved in the case. He also, did not forward important information to me concerning my husband's company information such as; the Company's condolences, who to contact about insurance to just name a few. How I found this out is once he no longer represented me, the company forwarded all emails sent to David that were NEVER forwarded to me. At the time it would have been helpful, instead I had to figure everything out. So that caused me more stress. However, he did send me emails that were meant for his administrator. Also, David knew that he would only get a certain amount because of Workman’s Compensation having a capped amount for the State of Indiana. He is only in it for the money and what he can get. At one point he was wanting all my back pay to be paid to him and go toward his fee. I am the one who lost my husband and no longer have his income! I would not recommend David Stewart to anyone.

Chancellor Jeff Stewart and My attorney Mark Stewart had these good citizens of Franklin Co. Taken against their will from their privately owned home by the F C sheriff's department with NO NOTICE On Dec. 12, 2012. No relative was called.They were locked up, given No due process. Their entire estate was pilfered away by the State of TN. Only God’s justice will make this Right. He is our Retribution, correct?!

Trudy has been my attorney for several court cases and I have never been disappointed. She is very compassionate and doesn't mind doing what it takes for her clients best interest. The staff are also very kind and knowledgeable. She will always be my attorney of choice.
