“Don't expect much of a fight unless you're positive about going to trial. It'll likely result in arbitration for a lesser before that. Trial is the money maker for them and you...IF you win. I did not exactly appreciate my councels ability to be prepared and fight... or lack thereof, regardless of claim amount.”
