Loved It would refer Anyone 🌹

A few years ago I was living in a place that did not do repairs in a timely manner, had power turned off in a all bills paid complex for nonpayment, and managent tried telling my uncle and boyfriend they were not allowed at my place. This were normal duplex house. My place was broken in twice the second time my important papers and art portfolio was scattered all over the apartment. I went to legal aid to get out of the lease, they did a great job helping me. I Would have given them 5 stars for that. But this time around I was calling just for leagal advice and never got ahold of anyone, phone call, voice message, and e-mail...not even a call back or email reply. It has been a few weeks now. So lost a star for that.

This agency has been contacted several times for help for an elderly lady who had been hospitalized for 5 months due to cancer and while she had been hospitalized her home that she owned (paid off) a few months prior was taken by the trailer park owners and completely cleaned out and taken. When it was time for her to be released she didn’t have a home any more or any of her belongs. This agency was contacted to help and they told her there was nothing they could do and that they refused to help her. This is telling me that this State doesn’t help the elderly with their issues and that is wrong. There is so much more I can say but what’s the point.!

The office was closed

No office contact!! Blaming it on Covid !!! Too much to go through to even think about maybe, Possibly, getting help!! How do you do business like this?!? Customer service is really needed here-- but very sorely lacking!!

To get help the representative was very short and non helpful

Very good company .Married 3 times ,they helped me with all my divorces .They helped with lots of things .I recommend them anytime .
