My mother has an issue with a legal matter and had been working with a women by the name of Cornelia. She took my mother's case and had been working with me pretty consistently until they hit a snag. She told my mother that she would be contacting her in a few days to with the next course of action. After my mother didn't hear from her over the course of several days, my mother began calling her and leaving messages only to no avail. I contact their office and left a message for Cornelia to contact my mother. Cornelia finally did only to tell her that she was too busy helping other clients and that she would have to hire an attorney to basically finish what she started. How about referring her to someone in legal aid? Instead you wasted her time and her money filing documents that led NO WHERE.

After my landlord illegally locked me out of my house, and stole some of my stuff to boot, legal aid was really awesome about speeding up the intake process enough for me to get legal advice as to how to deal with the situation. Long story short, I am super grateful for their help!

Never answer the phone when you have a question(s), set an appointment, or confirm appointment. You are just left there hearing the phone ring with NO ONE answering.
