A very dishonest law office. He took money from my brother and then advised him to plead guilty. My brother is a struggling dad, whom supports our mom, his wife and 2 kids. He worked as a truck driver and this was my brothers first traffic violation ever. David White, insisted on having my brother plead guilty and ruining his life. Every attorney that we’ve spoken with since then, have said that my brother should not have plead guilty and they would have at least kept this off of his record. David white claims that a 20 year old court martial prohibited this. He is a liar and a crook. I insist that you read every review on here and look at his responses to them. This guy shouldn’t pretend to care about his clients or pretend to be an attorney.

This review was not left in error. My cousin is a truck driver and had to explain to his family how his license has been suspended after finding out about his wife’s illness. You told him that no one would care When he brought this up to you. When he explained everything that happened to my sister in law, who is a secretary for a law firm, she said that he shouldn’t have never plead guilty. You ruined my cousins life but Karma will catch up to you, either in this life or the afterlife. God Bless. Do Not use this attorney. He is a court appointed lawyer who will tell you to plead guilty and take a deal because he's friends and coworkers with the DA, and the judge. My cousin hired him in good faith and he did nothing for him. Didn’t even read his case, until the day of court , nor did he argue or submit any of the documents that was asked to be presented. My cousin has a dying wife, with medical documents and asked to speak to the judge himself. He told my cousin that no one would care about his story. As God is my witness, this is what he told my cousin about his dying wife. I don’t understand how someone can be that cold, heartless, and deceiving.

I have had to use David’s services multiple times and he has never failed me. He is super professional and knows the legal system well and has always provided prompt and thorough service. His communication was amazing and I was always able to get ahold of him no matter what when I needed answers. I was going through a very difficult time and David truly helped make the process a lot easier on me and I will be eternally grateful. He’s literally the worst communicating lawyer there is. I agreed to his amount of 33% on my case and in 9 months I’ve never received one call from him or his law firm. He’s literally the worst lawyer in the big country. I wouldn’t suggest anyone using his law firm at any cost

David returned my call promptly, explained the legal jargon in my documents, and walked me through the process. His staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. If I ever have another legal issue this is the first place I will call.
