Andrea Jackson fought tooth and nail for my daughter. I highly recommend her if u need any legal advice or someone in a up coming court date. She works with you for payments and cares for her clients. All the staff at Jackson law frim have been amazing and helpful, and I will always choose Jackson law for my legal needs. Andrea Jackson is a wonderful Atty. She represented me for my divorce years ago and has agreed to represent me for a child support review. She fights for me and always gets me exactly what I'm entitled. She is honest and always there for me when I need her. Highly recommended.

Best advice I've received was to hire ms Jackson. I recommend her. She did an awesome job at court. I feel good about the experience no matter the outcome. She was prepared and she made sure I knew what was expected. She gave great advice from the beginning. Plus her fees are affordable.

Very rude and doesn't communicate at all after she receives retainer. She was late to every meeting and didn't even show up for the meeting the day before court. She was over 30 minutes late for the court date the judge was very upset about waiting on our council. We will be seeking another attorney to complete our case. She charged $1200.00 for about 12 emails. We are very upset with her court demeanor and may file a lawsuit against her for a refund!!!

Very poor communication skills. Very rude and assuming. Completely mis-represented my daughters interests in a divorce case. Had to be fired/recused. Thousands wasted. When the retainer is gone, so is the communication, effort and professionalism. if your rich, I guess from the other reviews she will work for the money, if she gives you a set fee for a service, get it in writing... wish my daughter had. Still following up on formal board/bar action.

Used Kevin to get an occupational license. Charge way too much. Couldn't get ahold of him after I payed. Took me over a month to get my license from him. Then I had to go to judge myself to get it fixed. Total waste of money and time.

During a particularly difficult time, for my family, I needed some legal advice but it was a weekend. I emailed Andrea, completely prepared for the fact that I would have no answers until Monday. Not only did she respond via email but remained in constant contact the entire weekend, even though she was not our attorney. In the end, even though she couldn't take the case because it was in another county, she referred us to a colleague in the same county. She was amazing and helpful and we were so thankful for her advice! Thank you, Andrea!

Ms. Jackson is the best! I had an emergancy situation with my kids and she waited all day at the courthouse just to get the timing right on my case and had it straightened out in 3 days after i hired her. I had a hearing about a week and a half later and with her I won my case. Very professional, personable, kept me informed, and answered all my questions quickly. They are on top of everything in that office and they make you feel like you are their only client. You cannot go wrong hiring Andrea Jackson. She has s lot of pride and passion for her work. Thank God she's in abilene and not some big city attorney in dallas because we need awesome attorneys here and she is the cream of the crop. Ms. Jackson was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, compassionate, and aggressive handling our child custody case. She dealt aggressively with CPS getting our granddaughter released from foster care and catching CPS in lies they told. Our granddaughter is now happily settled with her paternal grandmother and us. We thank Ms. Jackson and recommend her highly to anyone dealing with CPS.

Andrea Jackson represented me during a criminal court case. Mrs. Jackson was very helpful throughout the entire process. She kept in close contact the entire time via mail and face to face meetings. Mrs. Jackson was able to get the outcome we both agreed on in the beginning. I am so pleased with her service that I do plan on hiring her again for my family court case.

If it was between this law firm and nobody go with nobody a lot less expensive and probably better service. Attorney very seldom followed through on promised phone calls 8.8% of the time, return calls after she initiated the need for me to call her 3.3% of the time. Timely request of documentation waited until 2 days before Christmas holiday to request information she had been informed was ready 1 month earlier. I work with several law firms in Texas I have never worked with a more irresponsible, less accountable, and unreliable firm. They blamed the lack of resolution of the case on me the client even though I provided every document request on a timely basis that was requested. I even had documents from another clients case mixed in with my information when it was returned. If you need reliable legal help look elsewhere than this firm.
