Russell is one of the best lawyers I've ever encountered. People told me he was the best trial lawyer in West Texas and he lived up to the hype. He was a good dude and talked to me like a man. He didn't look down on me like my past lawyers. I was facing 25 to life and I new I was going back to TDC. When I found out that the charges had been dropped, I was in shock. Like I couldn't believe it. That stuff doesnt happen to someone that looks like me and that has my criminal record. I was so worried about what was gonna happen to me my health is not that great but Russell and his staff set my mind at ease. I was very pleased with the handling of my case, by the Lorfing Law Firm. From the beginning, Russell made it a point to make sure that he was the right lawyer for me. He asked that I do some comparisons with other lawyers in town. I did, however I ultimately chose the Lorfing Law Firm to represent me because my interaction with Russell was more personal than with the others. He & his team are extremely hard working, intelligent, & keep open communication with their clients. Tyler Cagle, handled my arraignment & did an excellent job. Well as I was looking for a lawyer, I never received a phone call back as to wether he would take my sons case and nothing. I understand they are busy and even after some had good recommendations still would have been nice to let their legal assiatants let us know wether he would or not accept the case. So we went with another lawyer who actually communicates

One of the best decisions I ever made was hiring Russell to represent me. From the beginning Russell was very easy to contact and communicate with and honest about our options. I had made some poor decisions and I was worried about the future. The trial process took a mental toll on me but Russell reminded me not to lose faith in our goals for the case. This man went above and beyond for me and I firmly believe that he would do the same for any one of his clients.
