Russell Lorfing accomplished what other lawyers in Abilene could not. He has both extensive criminal law experience and the respect of the DAs and judges, which is crucial in a criminal defense matter. I am a lawyer (not in Abilene), and thought I knew how to choose the right lawyer for a loved one facing a criminal issue. Unfortunately, we learned the hard way that not all lawyers are willing to investigate the facts, research the legal issues and put in the hard work. Thankfully, we finally found Russell, who was willing to dig in and do the work to change the trajectory of the case. He listened - truly listened to us (something else we found to be a rarity).
