DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME! It will start off GREAT then Your case worker, case manager & probably your lawyer will be switch at least three or four times and you’ll never know if you don’t call… Anything they may need they will let it sit and then only if you call (oh yeah) we need such and such there is no communication between the team one person tell you one thing you call again it’s a whole different story or they don’t know what the first person was even talking about Then they say they will call you back and let you know when they figure it all out DON’T HOLD YOUR BREATH that call will never come you’ll have to call back and BOOM case manager change WHEW this has been a journey but I’m so glad it’s over NEVER AGAIN !

I wish that you would speak what you know concerning truck drivers, we all have a choice to make when it come to accepting loads and when to stop because we’re too sleepy to drive. If and accident occurs, we don’t call our lawyers first, your commercials disgust.

Did a great job settling my case got me 2500 for being in an accident as a passenger in a company vehicle . just wish they could have mailed me the check in a timely manner. Recieved march 4th confirmed address and payment amount through docusign January 26th

I reached out to Godsey Martin in 2019 for legal assistance. I've complied with everything they've asked gave them everything they could in order to help with my case in order to move it forward. Throughout that time I've been the only one able to initiate conversation, I've had to go to lawyers in other To get guidance on how to proceed and relay that information to Godsey Martin attorneys. Their communication was so bad that they fired my attorney and no one reached out from the company to update me or let me know that someone else would be handling my case. Today February 28 they called and left me a voicemail and said that they were dropping my case and I had less than a month to get it reinitiated or the statue limitations would be up on it. This is three years later and they have done nothing. Worst company in Texas. If you need legal help you're better off just read the law book!

At first I thought this law firm was the best very quick and efficient service and informative but as soon as my settlement was done for some reason they cannot get the check from the other insurance company I keep getting excuses in the runaround I even got the phone number to the attorney on my case in after three voicemails I still have not heard back I just keep getting “updates” and no new information I am very disappointed!!!!
