The agents are really nice when they want you to sign up, after that YOU WILL NOT HEAR FROM THEM UNLESS YOU CONTACT THEM, and when you do contact them they are rude. I finally received my check for injuries 3mths after the insurance company issued them the settlement money. There are definitely hidden fees. And when you ask for an itemized receipt for all your doctors visits they will not provide them. They charged me for doctors visits I didn’t even have. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Sedrick King is great! Called me months after my claim with the firm finally settled to inform me I had an extra settlement check. Sent all the info I needed to sign electronically. Easy, breezy. Took only minutes, and he kept me informed the entire time. Going to pick up my check Monday. Thanks for a job well done Mr. King

have had three cases with Godsey Martin in the past, and started a new one in november. Each time it was a long drawn out process of no returned calls, no updates on my case, and a guessing game. With my latest case there is a small bit of a difference. otThey have a set up where you can text the word "Alert" & someone will call you asap... aside from that positive difference i don't think there's enough paralegals for What they are trying to do. If your paralegal is out sick for two weeks to a month you just won't have any information for Your case while he or she is out sick... (This happened and is currently still happening to me.) I would recommend them if you're not looking to get Your vehicle fixed, or get any cash for anything for up to a year. If you have a year to wait and play the guessing game I highly recommend Godsey Martin. If not... do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I was hesitant to use Godsey Martin because of their corny "I just got hit" radio ad. But they came highly recommended from a family friend. Thank God I listened to our friend. All the Godsey Martin staff was ultra professional and gave the best customer service. I received more money from my claim than I expected using Godsey Martin. I highly recommend this firm. Don't judge them by their radio ad, they're awesome! Erin
