Godsey Martin is a great law firm! Amanda Bell was awesome. My case did take some time to get completed, but it was well worth the wait! Thank you guys so much!

At this moment. I am very displeased with the case manager I have and the service she has offered. I'm beyond concerned with my condition but it clearly seems as though she wants to get paid for not using common sense. I hope that this changes.

I've advised several of my family members & friends to Godsey Martin, P.C. for over a decade now. All have been for accident & injury claims. In other words, I had a vicarious relationship with this law firm without having direct contact and communication with them. I was satisfied with that, from how appreciative my family and friends were with their results. I was satisfied as well. Unfortunately last Valentine's Day I was involved in an uninsured motorist car accident. Long story short after a few agonizing and excruciating painful weeks I decided to contact Godsey Martin P.C., oh was that a great idea. My Case Manager-Amanda Bell immediately took action. Also this was in the beginning of the Covid Pandemic where there was a lot of uncertainty, Amanda provided insurance. In times that I felt an uneasiness about the process & one of the treatment facility, she instantly addressed the issue with said facility and told me "You will not have that issue again!". (BTW, that's a way to earn your clients respect.) Overall, I would recommend this law firm 10 times out of 10. At Godsey Martin P.C. I wasn't just a number, I was a respected client and in this day & time respect takes you a long way. I want to thank Godsey Martin P.C. and my wonderful Case Manager-Amanda Bell.

I have been working with Amanda Johnston directly now since Summer 2020 (approx) and she's been absolutely a pleasure to work with. Amanda's verry diligent and organized with the work she produces! Her voice and tone is always pleasant, even during moments that are beyond her control, she seems to hold it all together and move forward! I must point out how patient Amanda is! I can only imagine how much time, work and effort it must take to work on these cases and still be sane haha! ... but she does it with ease! The process went smooth. I love how transparent Markeyshia Jackson was. She expedited the process. Constantly assuring me through the process. The case was resolved in a fair professional manner. I definitely recommend them.

It was a pleasure working with Amanda Collins, who was very professional and went above and beyond to assist and answer any questions I had. She is knowledgeable, dedicated and empathetic, making an individual feel comfortable. She is very good at multi tasking as well. Thanks Amanda! I was in accident and waited a year for settlement. I hired this law firm because I was injured and have titanium in my arm for rest of my life. I was bounced around with who I needed to speak with. It went blank for a few months too nobody communication with me. When I was frustrated and ready to get this over with is when I received good communication. I received a settlement because if I took it to court I would owe more attorney fees and it would have drug out for years. I had to get attorney to receive medical treatment. I was never compensated for trauma or pain and suffering permanent diminished quality of life. I don’t feel they fought for me. I choose to settle to avoid dealings with attorney and ordeal.

So after speaking with someone else, I was accused of withholding information. Seriously? My own case. Right. Thanks. I did better dealing with the insurance company of the lady who totaled the car i was in and broke my finger and caused me to have back pains...

We are very dissatisfied and disappointed with the services we received from Godsey Martin Law Firm. We were in a major multi car accident where people were severely injured and killed and everyone’s car involved was totaled. We called this law firm to handle our case and they dropped the ball. They did not communicate with us about what was going on neither did they tell us what steps we needed to take to get the best results. Our experience was unprofessional and very agitating to have to continuously call and not being able to reach someone that could help. We were not compensated for lost wages or for our totaled vehicle. The only thing it seems they were worried about is their payment and the medical expenses. I will never use this law firm again for any services. They took our money. Markeyshia Jackson was the representative that assisted us and she did a terrible job representing us. I wouldn’t recommend using this law firm at all. Maybe if we had dealt with the actual lawyers instead of someone who clearly isn’t concerned about the firm we could have received better service to get the best results.

This has been truly an emotional journey for my family and me, thanks to Godsey Martin law firm that was spire-headed by Ms. Clark the journey has reached its destination. Your help and relentless in getting the “Insurance’” company to pay has been quite something to be applauded. On behalf of my family and me a heartfelt thank you for everything!
