My mother was involved in a traffic accident so my wife and I chose Godsey Martin to represent us in our law suit. I worked with Ms Christina Kennedy at first then with David Pacin. Both of these folks worked tirelessly with my mother and I getting all information required to get things done. My mother and I are so grateful and blessed to have worked with this law firm!!!!! I have received poor service from this law firm. They will not communicate with you or let u know what’s going with your case. You have to call them and they lie and tell you things that they have NOT done. My case been in the packaging phase for months now and my accident was about 1 year ago. I was told by Stephanie Chavez that my documents has been received but she still has not moved my case and it’s been over 6 months. This firm customer service sucks and I do NOT recommend . Go to someone else people before u regret . Use my poor experience as an example. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE PLEASE . I wish I would have read the reviews first

No communication at all with case worker . I had to ask about everything. When I asked for a release letter 3 months later due to them jeopardizing my case I received a lien release letter
