I got into a wreck December 27 of 2021 and after hearing advertisement I felt Godsey Martin would be the best for my case since my case has started I have had minimal communication with my caseworkers I’ve also been contacted from the other insurance that they had sent out a check to Godsey for saying that they have paid the law firm and I have yet to reach someone to properly update me on my case . I’ve attempted multiple calm and am always sent to voicemail I really would not recommend and I can not wait until this is over. Update they did correct mistakes and had a positive outcome

My experience with my case worker Henrietta Brown, she was very helpful, always patient and informative. Kuddos to you Henrietta keep giving great customer service.

Priscilla Nowlin was great, and you can't argue with results.

Hell I didn't want to give any star but had too to comment... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE THEY DONT RETURN CALLS THEY NEVER UPDATE YOU ON YOUR CASE. HERE IT IS I'M SCREWED UP AND NEED SURGERY DO YOU THINK THEY ALLOWED ME TREATMENT SERVICES.? "HELL NAW" I SHOW UP TO MY APPOINTMENT THAT I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON FOR WEEKS IN THE STORM JUST TO GET INFORMED THAT MY LAWYER RELEASED ME BUT NO ONE CAN EXPLAIN THAT TOO ME OR RETURN PHONE CALLS.. NOW THAT I WANT TO FILE A COMPLAINT THE OPERATOR WANTS TO TRY TO FIX THINGS AND ALL THIS BS NO MA'AM I WANT TO FILE A COMPLAINT...ALSO, A FEW RECEPTIONIST ARE VERY RUDE AND SHOULD NOT HOLD THAT TYPE OF POSITION

Shantae N. Haymer has been working on my case I like her she's been really persistent and on it I know I will get good results we haven't settled yet because the offer wasn't fair and I'm very acknowledged and they have been keeping up with me but the time is coming sooner than later....

I must say I was hesitant at first when I called but Godsey Martin has been real good to me! I though I would take for ever to get a settlement but they were always keeping me posted on the status and out come of the case. Now I'm just waiting to receive my settlement, they gave a time frame and so far they have been On point!! I would recommend Godsey Martin to any of my friends!
