These people are clowns. I called them for a consultation after my car accident and they called me everday after between 8am and 9am in the morning asking if I would chose them as my lawyer. As soon as I did I stopped hearing from them. I started with one attorney and a week later some guy name Francisco called me saying that he was taking over my case. Every time I talked to him his response was "it will take about a week to get that info" after a month and a half they did nothing. I had to call 5 and 6 times to get a call back. I eventually fired them. DONT CALL THEM EVER!

Amanda bell and Christina were very amazing. It’s been almost a year and I’m so glad that I chose this law firm. I hope they fix the lack of early on communication with the lawyers but other than that it was a great experience. I truly appreciate them!

Amanda English is very professional. She was patient and and kind and made us feel comfortable.She carefully listened to our answers and helped us get started with exactly what we we needed. We are very satisfied.

I was referred to them by a friend. My case started July 2022 & last time i heard from them was May 2023 & now that i received this letter from the person's insurance that a letter was sent to the firm NOW I have not heard back. I've been calling leaving voicemails. I will update this once I hear back. UPDATE: My case manager was Priscilla. They provided me with the service I needed. Answer any of my questions. They also kept me updated for a belief while. I was done getting with service in October 2022 which I'm told the paperwork will be sent to my lawyer. At the end of my process I received a phone call April 2023 about my case coming to a close. It took another 2 months to hear back. Juan was very polite and apologized for the lack of communication. I do refer to come here. The communication just has to be stronger.

I did not receive the experience I thought I would. Immediately after I called and put in a claim I was called by my attorney she stated I would receive a call back April 1st with an update with everything. April 1st came around I never got a call. I tried calling and leaving voicemails, not just through my attorneys extension but through the main line as well. I did not receive a call back. My mechanic reached out and finally got a call saying that they had dropped my case due to communication. I got ahold of the insurance company that would be covering damages and they as well told me that they could not get ahold of my attorney nor get a return phone call back. I expected a lot better from this company and was left with disappointment, to handle everything myself.

Being in an accident of any kind can be nerve reckoning and inconveniencing at times but Marlen Rodriguez was absolutely phenomenal and professional each step of the way. In the beginning of my case while I was going for medical treatments and doctors appointments , Marlen contacted me every 2 weeks by phone like she said she would with updates and answered ALL questions that I had. No matter how frustrated I got in the end due to the pandemic delaying the process, Marlen remained available and understanding. If all of the Godsey Martin representatives have even HALF of the above and beyond customer service that Marlen exhibits, then this company is going to be around for years to come because superb customer service is the foundation a business needs to grow. Marlen I can not thank you enough for taking the time to be patient, prompt, honest, thorough, and above all... Kind. Also thank you Roneisha D. Franklin for your prompt help in the end. They are no good a year and 6months later I'm still waiting on my kids settlement. They don't even try and respond to any emails or phone call. Never seen a lawyer took 50% of my settlement. Please I repeat PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.
