My time with Godsey Martin law firm was horrible. We had to get a lawyer because we were hit from the back at a red light. It was bad from the start until the very last day when I got my money. They are the most unprofessional people and business that I have ever encountered in my life. They don’t answer, or return phone calls. They just call you when they feel like it which is about once every other month. Even though they was not answering my calls, I know they were listening to my voicemails and getting my emails so I made it known what my concern was in my voicemail. Then my insurance covered some of my bills, and the lawyers insisted that I had to pay the insurance company back. After talking to the insurance company that was a lie, the lawyers was just trying to keep the money because if it was true I would have been in debt about $5000. But because we were smart and called the insurance company we knew they were lying and they would have just walked away with the $8000 they said we owed the insurance company. I am in school, and i was coming home on a weekend so I wanted to have my money before I left. I called the person that was working on my case and asked her about my check and she laughed and said yeah it’s here. So in my head, I am wondering why is she laughing and why didn’t she bother to call me and tell me that the check was there. We scheduled to have an appointment on a day when I was at home. I brought my dad with me because he is more educated with these types of situations than I am. He has been alive longer, so he has experienced more crooks than I have. Getting to the lawyers office the lady I was supposed to be meeting with had just went to lunch. We waited a while and they sent about 3 people in there to help us, but they were not able to answer our questions. By now we had been there a hour and a half and we were tired of waiting on the person they we had an appointment with but never showed up. As we were leaving another lady said well let me try to help y’all, we would ask her questions and she would answer them with an attitude and try to make us feel dumb for asking a questions. We asked her for copies of some of the things and she stormed out of the room. We then had another question which bothered her so she stormed out again and told us we can wait. First of all that lady was really unprofessional but may have been under the influence. After 2 hours of being there, we got to talk to a manager and we were finally able to leave with our questions answered. But honestly they walk away with more money than you, and you are the one that was in pain and will have to deal with those things the rest of your life. Point of the review: They are unprofessional, rude, liars, they will try to take all your money and leave you with nothing. I promise if you need a lawyer you can get anybody better than them. RUNNNN from them as fast as you can. In other words “Girl, don’t you go to ‘ijustgothit’, cause they are TERRIBLE. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE A 1.

Do your research before using this firm. My spouse was hit by 3 vehicles this firm called with a $1000 settlement over 6 months later. They had no clue of what doctors they sent him too. We could have did a settlement ourselves and got more that $1000. He missed more days of work than the settlement pays. Very very poor communication. CANT EVER GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE!! Wish I could change all of this. My husband was in a bad situation and this made it worse. Please do your research before jumping on the first thing. I will do my best to let people know of this experience. I hate to get messed over with no explanation.

I called the law firm on February 29th and the last time I got any call or email from them was on march 5th. I've emailed my case worker jackie Lara and she has not reached out to me. I will be going to another lawyer I will fire her and get someone else. I want updates weekly about my case and I dont even get every 2 weeks. Since I gave them all my info after signing up with them I have not heard a peep from them. So I do not recommend them to anyone. I dont even want to give them 1 star but it is what it is. I'm sorry but if someone wanted to help they would have done the right thing. If she has too many cases she should have never taken mine. But it's too late now cuz I fire the firm.

I would like to take the time and give praises to Kassie Lopez. I had a rough time at first with my case and just thought I would give up. Kassie stepped up to the plate, we bumped heads at first lol. When no one else would call me back after I left messages. I would email her and she helped out everytime. She is a great asset to your firm. At the end Donovan then helped out. I cried when it was all finally over and I got my check. They made me fill so special and I pray blessings for you both 😘

The staff at GM Law Firm was exceedingly professional and works very fast. They keep you up to date with any and everything that's going on with your case. And I would like to send a very special thank you to Ms. Kimberly Clark. She has a great big heart she's compassionate and definitely cares for the clients of the GM Law Firm. Thank you all so much.

This law firm is bogus...I called to help my husband get legal advice due to an accident he was severely injured in...TBI, broken femurs, dislocated fibula, broken tibia, bilateral fractures, broken shoulder blades and other injuries as well they scheduled an appointment with him and called back an hour before his appointment and stated that they would not be able to help due to the information they received from the police report my husband was at fault...right is right wrong is wrong...the idiot that hit him was going 70-80 in 35mph at night I could have lost my husband that night and our six children could have lost their father..oh well there's no amount of money that could have replaced him so thanks but no thanks for nothing!!! 👎👎👎

Absolutely AMAZING. Mr. Charles Lars is as good as they come! This process has been quick and painless. Mr. Lars' communication is outstanding! We never wondered where we stood, what was going on with our case, what he was doing. His check ins were routine and clear. He always asked how my husband was feeling, not just case information, proving that he has a heart and brains! The accident was unfortunate, but what would have been a devastating shame was not finding Mr. Lars and this amazing law firm! I HIGHLY recommend this law firm and an added bonus would be getting Mr. Lars!!!
