Manal R Kattan was super helpful and explained the process every step of the way, she called every two weeks to make sure I was up to date on the process, I would definitely use them again

Go someplace else! This firm is trash! They did a horrible job with the case for my mom and daughter. They were hit from behind and they didn’t fight for them at all. Sara Roberts the case manager kept losing all of the documentation we sent her then said the insurance company ruled against us, because we didn’t provide any documentation or photos, despite sending them multiple times. They had us rack up medical bills that we are now responsible for paying. The communication was horrible they called once a month to “check in.” Even though I asked Sara countless times to let me know if she wasn’t receiving the emails. The next month she would call and say she was still waiting. I even texted at the number she gave me to send messages. She never responded. Then at the conclusion she was rude and disrespectful blaming us for the outcome of the case. She told my mother she can, “take her L with them or someplace else.” We are hurt and in disbelief. I wouldn’t even give them one star, but I have to in order to post this review. Trust me! Go someplace else.

They do not care about their clients, at all they don’t care about what you going through or what’s happening to you.

My wife recently was hit from behind sitting in her car that is on video 4/24 it's almost 9/24 the firm will not answer her call nor give her updates on her case, she's done everything asked of her this firm is utterly ridiculous and not recommended it's a shame you can't turn to your own folks to represent you in a time of need. Be careful dealing with this firm.

Man these people at Godsey Martin Law firm are amazing. These People went beyond there self to help me get back right. The team works together and are very Family friendly. This was the worst experience dealing with an accident ever! I gave them one star, but they don’t deserve that! Tyeisha, Liz and the case manager Perma were awful. They were incompetent and had the nerve to have attitudes when I asked questions about my case. They lied to me about getting me set up with services needed for my case. I waited 2 weeks and nothing was done. I finally fired them and went with another attorney. This was an inconvenience and all the while they did not care. Do not hire this firm to represent you. I tried to give this firm a chance because they are people of color. It be your own people. Smh!!!

Emile, was nothing short of amazing! This was the first time I was ever involved in an accident. Emile, religiously called me like clock work to keep me in the loop about what was going on with my case. She was very knowledgeable and professional from start to finish.
