I love this company! During my first accident they took care of everything I didn’t have to do anything but wait and was rewarded with a settlement. When my wife and I got into an accident again Godsey was the first call we made once everything calmed down. Super professional, and attentive through the whole process we highly recommended them to everyone. Big thanks to Kassie Lopez for always keeping us updated on the case, again couldn’t have gotten back on our feet without you!

I've been waiting for a call for my son for about 4 months, since every time i call it sends me to voicemail, I leave a message and still haven't got a call back.... Starting to get frustrated since their not able to communicate, some lady name lashunda kept in touch for the 1st 2 to 3 months now its been about 7 months and still no call...his father has a lawyer thru them for the same accident and apparently he gets paid this week...so i guess we just got the wrong side of the firm

If you want the same over-worked, understaffed settlement mill, then this firm is for you. They will accept as little as you will allow just so they don't actually have to do any real work. Even when they lose, they have better things to do than file an appeal. If you just want to be a number then they're for you.

I put off on writing a review until now even though I was asked to when I first started the process. It's been over a year and still no resolution to a rear end collision. No call backs or progress reports. No email returns. Just no communication at all. Seems like they just don't care. You can believe the 5 star ratings if you want but I'm a real client.

Case managers never answer calls nor emails. They don't keep you up to date on the case. And they drag the process out to over 6 months
