My personal contact was Christina Kennedy. She was always professional and fourth coming. The most important thing about working with Mrs. Kennedy is the fact she is NOT going to lie to make you happy, she will allow you to make the decision to what you are happy with and even if she can't get you what you want, she will go back and do her best to get you close to it. She never put you under any pressure. If she doesn't get back with you the time you call, you can guarantee a call back within the time frame left on her vm. She's genuine and honest and for me that goes miles and miles in life. I just want to take this opportunity to say, Mrs. Kennedy "YOU ROCK" AND CAME THROUGH FOR ME RIGHT ON TIME. Godsey Martin Firm took care of our needs at day one. From the first office visit, the staff was friendly and professional. Was always greeted with a smile at each office visit. The level of service never died. They made sure I receive the necessary medical care and looked out for me. They really care!!!!! And MRS. TRACEY hospitality was awesome.

With all the hype and advertising here in Houston about how they can help with car wreck injuries they sure didn't want to help me. Exact words were " were sorry but based on the fact that the driver at fault wasn't listed on the insurance for the vehicle he was diving and you only have liability we are unable to help you". Seems like this law firm isn't up for a fight!

If you want the same over-worked, understaffed settlement mill, then this firm is for you. They will accept as little as you will allow just so they don't actually have to do any real work. Even when they lose, they have better things to do than file an appeal. If you just want to be a number then they're for you.

* update* I got a call back and they are now working my case. ---------------------- I put off on writing a review until now even though I was asked to when I first started the process. It's been over a year and still no resolution to a rear end collision. No call backs or progress reports. No email returns. Just no communication at all. Seems like they just don't care. You can believe the 5 star ratings if you want but I'm a real client.

Case managers never answer calls nor emails. They don't keep you up to date on the case. And they drag the process out to over 6 months

Amanda Bell is awesome! She was always professional and very kind. She kept me up to date on everything and did such an amazing job! I’m very satisfied with her service.
