So after speaking with someone else, I was accused of withholding information. Seriously? My own case. Right. Thanks. I did better dealing with the insurance company of the lady who totaled the car i was in and broke my finger and caused me to have back pains...

My case worker Amber Mancillas was great! She was dedicated, honest and always had my best interest at heart. She took the time to answer and explain any questions I had and made sure I was comfortable with the information I was recieving no matter how long it took. The worst experience that I have ever received. My car wreck was back in Oct 2019 my case was closed in Dec 2019. I received a call on Jan 8th about my settlement amount and was told I would receive it and receive a call back within 6-8 weeks. It’s march 20th no call back, no response to any of my calls or emails. This is ridiculous and I will be getting in contact with my good friend at Fox News as well as the better business Bureau.

Initial process to start my case was professional and easy. However, over the two years it took to settle my case, communication and updates regarding my case was only given when I reached out to them every few months for a case status. Shelby and Kenneth did not respond well to voice mails I left asking for case status. I received better response via email communications. David was assigned as my attorney however, after a couple of communications with him, my case was transferred to another attorney. I left several messages and emails with Ken before I was informed that my attorney was changed to Ryan. Amanda did a great job at keeping me inform during the last couple of weeks of my case settlement status. Overall communication was not very good. I received a follow up from my review from Godsey Martin representatives. I was asked to explain more about my client experience to which they expressed concern and offered their sincere apology.
