Please beware do not use them I had a car accident in June 2017 lost my baby yes lost a baby girl they do not return calls I had to send emails for updates police report stated the 18 wheeler merged onto my lane and had an Eye Witness who stated the 18 wheeler merged on me! On April 11, 2019 Mediation a painful reminder re live my entire loss of everything still working still a mom to my sons. In mediation the attorney that represented me was late I had a substitute attorney keep in mind never met either before mediation all to find out my attorney has worked with the prosecutor’s attorney before and the mediator also. As I am telling my story the mediator looks at my medical records and asked me what is trisomy 18 my baby had Down syndrome she and the prosecutor attorney immediately google it now we are in mediation so they come back do you have a medical expert my response didn’t know I needed one my attorney stated no... Medical records show no complications but an extra chromosome no pre term labor so this is there reason the accident did not cause my baby’s death no wrongful death no court date tells me to settle because I do not have a medical expert settle for 10k not only to this day no call no communication I called every day no update until Thursday May 2,2019 there is a lien on the settlement for medical bills so still no update as of May 8,2019. So at the end of mediation I was told I need counseling for the trauma but who will pay for this I am a hard working mother with 2 children one in first grade and one a sophomore in college on no scholarships. I beg you to do your research and FYI I did not write this review they have on google I don’t know who wrote this but I promise you Simona Elizabeth Hanks did not please see below: I had a great experience. This was my first time ever being involved in an accident and I was hesitant to call, but after the shock wore off I decided to be on the safe side. Each time I was contacted, it was a pleasant experience everyone was nice and helpful and answered all questions. whenever I called in and couldn't get what I needed, I did receive call back in a timely manner, I would like to thank the team Michael Anciro,Marco Gonzalez,Michelle,And Angela for all there hard work Simona Hanks

I have the distinct pleasure of working with Ms. Inez Clark at Godsey Martin. Ms. Clark is the epitome of someone who has your back, and is dedicated to working for your good. My problem involves a homeowner claim with a prominent carrier; I was convinced (even in the face of their actions to the contrary), that the carrier would live up to their mission statement and customer service policy clearly stated on their coverage documents. I was referred to Ms. Clark early in the process, but, I foolishly thought I could trust the reputation of my carrier to handle the claim fair and square. NOT!!!! Finally, I came to my senses, and contacted Ms. Clark, I believe on a Thursday and by Tuesday of the next week the carrier was already cooperating and suddenly realized the claim was legitimate. Hmmm. The carrier is a nightmare to work with, but Ms. Clark walks softly and carries a big stick - she is tenacious and determined. I'm truly blessed to have her and Godsey Martin in my corner. Somebody not playing fair and square with you??? Who you gonna call? GODSEY MARTIN, P.C., they'll be there in a hurry, you don't have to worry.

My fiancé and I contacted them because he got hit from the back. It started off good then we stop hearing from them no updates on the case. So we finally called and they say the person who was working on the case is no longer there, no one called and told us that that person was no longer there and that they are taking over the case. I feel like their not taking out case serious like they should and I think we are getting cheated.

Amber was amazing theough the whole process. She communicated regularly and kept her word on updates. She was always available even when I had the simplest questions. Thank you Amber!
