No communication at all with case worker . I had to ask about everything. When I asked for a release letter 3 months later due to them jeopardizing my case I received a lien release letter

Not happy with the service so far. Following up with their clients isn't something they do well. I'm doing most of the work and I'm in pain and horribly inconvenienced already. I don't recommend this firm.

I called about my accident and it seemed as they were very concerned about my emotions & needs right away. JeLisa King was very caring and attentive through my confusion. She took my info and kept me up to date on the initial process of things. Christina Kennedy was courteous and professional in her conversation with me. She went into quality details about the process of the other party's Insurance and how both sides works making me feel more comfortable. I'm not looking forward to all of this, but I believe that I'm in the right hands.
