Most horrible experience ever. They don't call you back or answer the phone. They don't pay the bills, and expect you to pay out of your settlement (instead of going after the person who injured you).....which should be pain and suffering but they don't even get you that; and I am still suffering.

These folks are the best of the best, so glad I chose him for my personal injury claim, they got me in with the doctor got me the help I needed and were there for me every step of the way !!!
What really took the customer service to the next level was my case manager calling my insurance company multiple times to resolve issues with the body shop I took my vehicle to for restoration.
