Best customer service you can ask for

I called 10/13/23 on a Friday evening. Oscar Gutierrez was very gracious and kind to be willing to help! He understood very well and even spoke Spanish which was very helpful! He walked us through every step and went deep into detail to make sure we understood every step. He was very fast and made sure we were comfortable though out the whole process.

I was in a wreck back in October 2021and Amanda Bell was my assigned attorney. We finally reached a settlement this month, April 2022. All I could really do the whole time was wait, but during the wait Amanda would keep me updated with calls and emails. The whole process of reaching a settlement was smooth sailing, and Amanda kept it friendly and professional the whole time. Thank you for your time.

If I could give zero stars I would. BEWARE!!!!I have had to get all information regarding my case from the insurance company and not from the attorney office. No one ever returns phone calls. It has taken 3 months to even fix my car I gave up and just paid for the car to get fixed myself. I would never reccomend this office to anyone at all not unless you have a lot of time to just sit there with no car and injured and have countless hours to be calling and doing the investigating on the case yourself. 9 months later and I just received a 5k bill from the chiropractor that now is requesting I pay them when the law firm said I would not have to pay anything since they were taking the case.

I had the pleasure of working with Amanda Bell on my case, and she was outstanding. She was very kind, understanding, and professional at all times. Amanda kept in communication with me throughout the process, and checked on me regularly to see how things were going on my end. Answered any questions I had or found the answer and got back with me promptly. I couldn't have asked for any better service. Markeyshia Jackson was awesome. She kept me informed on the entire process. She was very friendly her customer service skills were top if the line.
