I retained this firm over a year ago due to a car accident. Everyone from the receptionist answering the phone to the weekend warriors on call to the legal team are awesome. The level of communication is incredible. I am really impressed with one person primarily for her work and dedication. Priscilla Nowlin is a rockstar! She was there every step. The relationship with her was very important to me. She is the catalyst and the source behind all this. She put me at ease and is actually very good with the job. I’m glad she is apart of my team for a reason!

My caseworker Markeyshia Jackson is the best. She keeps you informed, answers when you call, and just makes me feel so secure with my case. She is the best of all the caseworkers I have had on my case. I'm truly thankful to know that she actually cares and have concern for her clients. I’ve had the worst experience with them. Poor communication is an understatement. On multiple occasions you have to remind them to move on to the next process. I’ve been dealing with the same case for over 2 years. Medical bills are now affecting my credit. I’ve tried scheduling an office appointment multiple times and that’s the only way I was able to speak with an attorney on the phone. Please don’t do it.
