Don’t use them!!!!they are the most unprofessional, and inconsiderate firm out there!!! If you want to lose money on your settlement or wait forever for them to get you case finalized then use them! I was hit by a red light runner everyone was insured so why is it’s going on 8 months and these idiots haven’t even notified the hospital that the are representing me. I’m still getting bills because no one was told that I’m being represented. It’s a good chance I’ll walk away with nothing on top of losing my car and the pain and suffering I went through. They suck and I’m gonna make sure everyone knows these folks do not care about you, you are just a case number, they don’t even come out to meet their client! How low can they go?!?? Don’t use them you’ll be sorry!!!

They took my case and were not professional. They did not tell me anything they did not respond back do not use them if you want to get paid for your accident.

I’ll love to take the time out to say a big Thank You to Mrs. Eboni Russell and her Law Firm. Back in December 14, 2019 we was hit by a drunk drive who was driving his company truck. He run the red light. This was my first ever been in a accident like this. One of my close friend told me about them. So I call man if I tell you they call me back less then ten minutes. They kept me updated every step of the way on my case. I know Mrs Eboni probably was tried of me asking all kind of question but she answer every last one of them. I encouraged my son to use them when he was in a car accident last year. My car was a total loss. He was hit from behind and was pushed into the truck in front of him! He went to the ER and the chiropractor they referred. No communication after the first 2 calls. He would call and text no response. They sent a request for a settlement and the other guy insurance said no and made an offer…. I JUST GOT HIT TOOK IT… NO NEGOTIATIONS!!! After a TOTAL LOSS, MY SON ENDED UP WITH $2300.00!!!!😡

The communication was not great at all. I started the case back in June and I’m just now receiving an update of the case being withdrawn. My car was never inspected by the other peoples insurance and they took the other parties word over mine when clearly my car was the one damaged for being hit. But it’s fine I will never do this again. Literally a waste of time.
