I jumped on their website the day of my accident and they responded immediately! All I did was send pictures of my damages and answer a few questions, Markeyshia Jackson took it from there. She kept me informed of the process and the status. She even let me know when she or the other party would be out on vacation. That way I wouldn’t be expecting an email or phone call in vain. All in all, my experience was pleasant. The customer service was top notch. Markeyshia answered any question I had! Her thoroughness and pleasant tone kept me calm, assuring me that I was in good hands. Fast forward a few months...we won our case!

I normally look up company for the reviews and make my decision on what I do on a daily basis and see how other people experienced was just when I don’t do it I get the bad bud like always I hire to in Feb and the only time I get to communicate with them is if I take out the time of my day to call for any update. It’s like nobody works up there or maybe small cases aren’t important to them unless. I think they take on more then they can handle if not then they just have poor professionalism. I been waiting for a medical bill from the hospital for 3 months never knew the hospital didn’t want they money “IJS”
