I would give them No stars that one don’t even count. My daughter was in a car accident an was hurt also very traumatized so my sister told us to call them. What a waste of time. They didn’t do any investigation. They didn’t even answer the phone half the time. They didn’t do anything for my daughter, but make her keep going to their injury clinic four times a week. They didn’t fight with the insurance company or nothing. It was like they waited on me to give them the information from the insurance company. They are very unprofessional an a waste of time please go somewhere else

I’m very pleased with Cecilia Espinoza. She was very helpful with all my questions and always keep me posted about my case. Godsey Martin is a good place to go if you ever get into a car accident. If I couldn’t reach Cecilia threw phone I could always reach her threw via email. Thank you for all of your help.

I had Markeyshia with Godsey Martin Law Firm working in my case and she was the best!!! She made sure that I was in the loop at all times with my case and made sure that I had everything taken care of. The best experience I have ever had dealing with a law firm!

Priscilla Nowlin was very professional. Mrs. Nowlin put my mind at ease after my insurance company tried to make me feel as if the accident was my fault. As soon as she contacted them they changed and stated I was 0 percent at fault. Mrs. Nowlin gave me a voice against the insurance company and I thank her for her services. I different will use her services again.

DONT BELIEVE THE HYPE!!! In the beginning I just knew it was going to be a great experience because as some of the other comments stated, they were so attentive. But as time progressed they began to show their real colors. You hear all these stories on the radio and TV and I honestly feel like those are actors. I got into an accident in October 2016, I finished therapy in January, and my case finally wrapped up today June 27, 2017. I've been through this process before with another firm so I knew that it could take a while, but I pretty much did all the calling to get updates, once my therapy concluded. It took them almost three months to get a medical bill from a hospital that I went to right after the accident, and I'm the one that had to actually go and get the bill to send to them, after waiting around for months for them to do. Basically if you want to be neglected and given the run around this place is for you, but if you actually wanna feel like you have a law firm that's gonna work for you and keep you in the loop, I would seriously look else where! I wish there was a no star button because this doesn't even deserve half a star.

Easy process, customer service was outstanding. I was informed monthly the status of my case and didnt have to call. I would refer anyone!!

I give the whole staff that assisted with my case a 10+ star rating They were so helpful. I felt like I was calling too much but no one seemed to be bothered. They answered every question I've asked! I really want to give a personal remark towards KIMBERLY CLARK.( SHE IS AMAZING, NICE ,CARING, AND ONE OF THE MOST OUTSTANDING PPL IVE DEALT WITH) If I was her manager I would be looking to turn her into a manger!! I love her and godsey martin law firm! Thank you guys you'll are such a blessing!!

Javier Guel is truly wonderful, professional, and easy to talk too. He didn't rush our conversation, every question was answered to the best of his knowledge. He didn't tell me what he thought I wanted to hear. What a good first impression ! Hopefully the firm continue to provide excellent service; Javier really set a great tone!!

Just wanted to take the time to say I was very satisfied with the Godsey Martin Law Firm and also how thankful I am with Emile Lopez who worked my case she followed up with me always and made sure I got the most out of my case she was very professional and was on top of everything.

I started this process back in October and it started off fairly slow and communication was a hit a miss within the past 3 days I have worked with Cecilia and she has been amazing, her communication is phenomenal and very detailed and through! Working with her has been the best customer service I have received in a long time and I was able to settle for myself and daughter with her help and assistance!
