Cecilia Espinoza has truly been there for me since the day this all started. She has went out of her way to make sure I am up to date with every detail of my case. I love that because I know she got me. Cecilia is passionate about what she does. Her heart is truly genuine and I am so thankful to have her as my lawyer. I am giving her five stars but she deserves 10 stars not only because I see her as a good lawyer, but also a good person. This is a shout out to Cecilia Espinoza. This worst place ever. Please don't use this law firm. You never talk to your lawyer. You always be told they out of office they been on my daughter case forr almost year she never talked too or met her lawyer. I will be reporting them to bar association. BEWARE BEWARE IF YOU want THEM YOU WILL NOT HAVE REAL LAWYER WORKING YOUR CASE PACKAGE WILL ASSIST WILL.

I went thru this company because somebody told me that they were a good law office well the first settlement went well with the toatl loss department but when it comes time to settle for your check this company takes forever they say my check was mailed out on the 26 here it is 4 weeks later no check no call no nothing they tell you what they want too never again

They are so nice at the office. The lady that greets u when you walk in makes u feel at home.

They took forever getting me my second part of my settlement and they lied about how many days I went to therapy do to the wreck I had. They said I went for 5 days and I went for A MONTH ANS SOME WEEKS! Basically tried to get me Out of my money. Somebody referred me to them but never again!

I do not recommend using this firm I currently have a case with them and I’m completely disappointed in the the whole thing my attorney does not inform on anything doesn’t return any calls no matter how many times you try to call her , just really poor service and really bad communication skills. So after taking forever with my case and no info on what actually went on someone from the office emailed me to let me know they wouldn’t be able to continue to represent me , this firm is horrible and I’ll never give them business again.

Although the company has yet to reach a settlement on my case, I have been getting phenomenal customer service from Ariane Luu(Roman).Everytime I call and leave a message, I know I can depend on her to respond in a timely manner. I was trying to get an update on my case and the paralegal assigned to my case no longer worked for the company. Tired of getting the run around from receptionists, I finally sent an email to Ariane. Within 24 hours, Ariane gave me all the information I needed in regards to my case. Thank you Ariane for your professionalism and service!

Godsey Martin was able to help me get my claim taken care of through the insurance company. Markeyshia Jackson was responsive and attentive to everything I needed and receiving reprimand for my losses. I’ll definitely be using them again and referring them out to family and friends.
