I was in accident October 2021. Our vehicle was T-boned. We completed physical therapy in December and have no updates on the case what so ever. I have called repeatedly, left voicemails repeatedly. I have sent several emails to my case manager, Olivia who never responds. I ask to speak to my attorney only to get sent to voicemail every time as well. Please go to a different attorney, the service here is terrible and I wish I had went somewhere else. And I see only positive reviews are being addressed on google..so that should tell you all you need to know. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism from an attorney office in my life.

I haven’t been in a car accident since 1996 and didn’t know what to do. I contacted Godsey Martin Lawfirm to assist me. I was assigned to Priscilla, client services manager. She was very good at instructing me on the process and outcomes as well as keeping in contact with me regularly so that I wouldn’t feel lost in the shuffle or like another customer. I would recommend them if you are ever in an accident.

During my case I felt like I had to always provide them a nudge to get things moved along. If I didn’t call to get a status update my case would not be updated or move anywhere which is beyond horrible customer service. If I could do it all over again I would NOT choose this firm. Donovan(attorney) gave me the settlement amount verbally after knowing all fees associated with my case. After speaking with him again the amount of the settlement decreased by 3k for whatever reason. I’ve asked repeatedly for a break down of where the funds are going with no luck. PLEASE choose a different firm!

This has been a journey with this law firm . If I Could give this place 0 stars I would!! Me and a friend got into a car accident In 2020 Yess 2020! I let this law firm help because they was the best. Well I got a case manger Liz Velasquez She Use To Call And give update then it just STOP Me and my friend was going to treatment and we was paying out of pocket for a rental car for weeks. We contact Ms Liz and see if she could get us a treatment place that can pick us up! Well fast forward I Left Ms Liz a voicemail saying She Was NO HELP !! Then Our Lawyer Rayan Rogers Called And Talk To Me THEN THE CALLS STOP!!! It Was Me Doing All The Calling! Well Ryan Said That Our Settlement Was Ready And Be Out To Us By CHRISTMAS! Here It’s About To Be February Nothing! It Just Said Because When Your Young And A Commercial truck Backs Into You And Your Not At Fault Is Really Saddens Me ! Do Not Go Here This Process Was Long And Draining And I Want It To Be Over!!

Updated Post: After going through the entire process at Godsey Martin I am very disappointed in their lack of communication and follow-through. At this point I am hesitant to recommend anyone to the company.

I was involved in an accident where I was rear ended. Pretty clear cut case. In the beginning, I had a great case manager who was responsive, called me weekly to keep me informed about my case. But my case manager was changed to Christian. It has been a struggle. My case was settled, the insurance company sent the check in August 2021. When I spoke to my case manager, she told me it would be 5-6 weeks. It is now January 2022, and the only way I get an update on my case is if I call and ask for an attorney. My case manager calls me back to say.. its still in the reduction phase. And that’s all I know. I have been so passive in this process. But I just think this law firm can do a lot better. It is almost February, still no settlement, still no updates. I am not sure if the case manager is overloaded with work, or she’s just being unprofessional, but I know that this process hasn’t been as great as they advertise. I would recommend using another law firm. If I could do it all over, I wouldn’t choose this law firm.

I had the pleasure of working with Amanda English during my intake process. She was very informative and patient with me. I had no issue understanding what steps to take next in the process or what was expected of me.

I got hit today. I was so scared and nervous as i never been involved in a wreck where I was the driver. When i was able to clam down some i called I JUST GOT HIT AND RAUL HERNANDEZ answered. He was so gentle and kind and very professional. He also cared that i was driving and gave me time to get home. He is so courteous and was very patient with me. My anxiety levels are through the roof and he never got irritated with me. I am grateful for caring people. Thank you Raul Hernandez. You are a true gem.
