Reached out to Godsey Martin Law to assist with my dad’s case. From day one they have been very helpful and have explained everything from processes and time frames. We have worked with Oscar who helped us get set up with Amanda Bell who has been a terrific case manager, who has been very thorough and very consistent with her updates. Her response time when we have a question or concern is quick and in line with her commitment . Amanda has made it easier dealing with the issues that my dad has been going through. I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone that is looking.

First off they act nice and talk friendly to you then they don’t respond or update you on your case they just say they will get back with you and nothing not much help and then they make you give them a positive review on here while their service is just horrible I wouldn’t recommend them at all!! I got to be honest.I really wasn't sure at first, but my daughter Sharday preferred me to do.So that's when i called. So moving forward. I had the most wonderful worker ( Priscilla) she was so patient and concern for me through this whole case.Even when i was down about things Priscilla always gave me hope and worked hard.Also if she tell you she gonna called, you better believe it.On time to. I hope When Christmas come Priscilla get a gift card and a nice bonus.She deserve it. Also I'm telling all my family/ friends they better call 1-800 I Got Hit. I want to thank Godsey for all the hard work they did for me. I was in a car wreck back in November 2019. It was a drunk driver, driving his company vehicle when he slammed into my 2011 Volkswagen Jetta on the service road of Interstate 35. He was suppose to make a left turn in the turning lane but kept going straight and ran right into my driver side of my car. My car was damaged tremendously. I was very upset and decided to contact Godsey as I was referred by a former friend of mine. Priscilla Nowlin was very helpful. She provided the next steps, helped me with my medical bills and everything. I was frustrated as my case was taking longer than expected but this was because the company kept stalling and didn't want to settle. Priscilla and the attorney Donovan Brittian worked hard on my case for a year and a half. Priscilla knew of my frustration but when speaking with my father about the case, he would always tell me to be patient as patience helps with receiving a great settlement. And boy, am I glad I followed my father's advice. When Priscilla called me stating the case was settled and provided my amount for the bodily injury plus the property damage, I was beyond happy and cried like a baby. Let me tell you to PLEASE BE PATIENT as your attorneys are working your case because it may seem frustrating in the beginning and during the process, but it will pay off in the end. When I went to go pick up my check at Godsey Law Firm, Priscilla and Donovan handed me the check and Donovan said, "I wasn't able to get you the amount we told you." He handed me the checks and was able to get me even more!!! A lot more than I expected!!! It was truly a blessing and right on time as my husband and I are expecting our first child together. I want to thank Priscilla Nowlin and Donovan Brittian again for their hard work and helping me with my case. If I ever get into another accident, I know who to call!

I was involved in a non fault accident a few months ago. A customer recommended to call Mr. Martin. At first, my case manager was not what I expected.
