I’m currently working with Markeyshia Jackson and she is excellent, she constantly calls with updates when she says she will, she really helped me out with letting me know what would put me in a better situation. Update: the review that was written above was three years ago. It is 2023 and I have been working with them on a couple of accidents, they are not the same anymore. You have to chase them around to get them to call you back they never call you with updates like they are supposed to, at this point I’m overly annoyed, and I will not be using them for any future accidents.

I had the pleasure of working with Amber. Although the journey was long they were supportive along the way. I received constant updates via phone and email regarding the status of my case. I am happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend their services. Upon arriving to the facility I experience great customer service. Their new building is super clean and inviting. Thanks again for all of your help!

I'd like to give much thanks to Ariana Rigaud! My case isn't cookie cutter style and has been difficult and slow moving. Through all this, she has always kept me advised, called right back or emailed right back without fail. Even when there is nothing new to report and I know those calls are hard to make. Being that I was a client with Godsey Martin for over three years I will admit that at the beginning of my experience was very rocky. I didn’t hear much from my case manager (even though i about 3 or 4 of them) and I never knew who my attorney was personally as far as meeting them for the first two years of my case. But then.. LOL Along came three wonderful people who helped out with the remainder of my case and got everything settled and situated and turned a bad experience into a great one. I want to personally think my attorney Donovan, my caseworker Vanessa as well as Perla. From the day they all took over my case, everything was smooth sailing from there. Vanessa was consistent in contacting me regularly and keeping me in the loop of everything and each time we were making progress. Donovan was amazing he was very professional and honest w me about every step and made sure he faught for me in mediation. He kept his word on my settlement amount and I even got more than expected! And in the end Perla was great in making sure i was able to get my check on time and customer service was great. Thank you guys for a great outcome I’m grateful!

My experience with I Just Got Hit law firm has not been great over the last month. I hadn't heard from anyone over the past month and was growing frustrated. When I reached out I heard from Esthefany within 24 hours, and she was not my case manager. She reach out and ensured me everything would be ok. I will post another review when everything is settled. Mr. Freeman After everything was settle I was completely disappointed and dissatisfied. An attorney never called and the law firm was sure to treat and make me feel like a case number, and not a person. They had no problem taking there cut from my lawsuit ( which was next to nothing because no one ever took the time to actually treat my case as my case ). Not just another case that comes across a desk. Mr. Freeman
