I had a pretty difficult case. In the beginning, I was not satisfied with the service from my attorney and case manager. I felt neglected by the two. I was able to meet with Mr. Aaron Godsey who was wonderful. He listened to me and my concerns and frustration. He was very empathetic (which means the world to me). He placed me with Shantae Haymer who was absolutely awesome. Mr. Godsey assured me that I would be taken care of (as I had to have surgery). I had been walking on a injured ankle for over a year because my attorney did not know a thing about what was going on with me. I can honestly say, Mr. Godsey and Ms. Haymer made the difference for me. I appreciate them more than they know.

M. Rangel was the best. She heard me out and helped me with everything she could. She also related to me. I highly recommend this firm.

I give the whole staff that assisted with my case a 10+ star rating They were so helpful. I felt like I was calling too much but no one seemed to be bothered. They answered every question I've asked! Javier Guel is truly wonderful, professional, and easy to talk too. He didn't rush our conversation, every question was answered to the best of his knowledge. Got in touch with Godsey's firm based on the interesting commercial I saw online at the time that I was involved in a vehicle accident that resulted in personal injury. Its been over a year now and case is still pending without a positive outcome from the litigation team I was assigned to. Communication is absolutely poor and as I write, I am not even sure the current status of my case.

Ms. Cruz was very professional, very polite very easy to speak to. She provided me with information that no one there have been able to provide me with.
