I called Godsey Martin right after my daughter and I were hit by a drunk driver on the highway. They were very helpful in getting us set up with the medical care we needed and getting us a fair settlement through the drivers insurance. Priscilla Nowlin was my point of contact and kept me up to date with every step of the process. She responded quickly and was very professional. Im very frustrated i got into a wreck in 2017 and i called Godsey martin everything when smoothly the first yr with going to therapy and all. the 2nd yr i called to get an update and they gave my information to another company. they gave me the phone number and they are never there. i dont kno who these ppl are or how they treat there customers but it is 2019 and i have not got a call or any information. Thank you Godsey martin for giving my information to a company that is never THERE!!

Great company

Called them about an accident I was in as an pedestrian in 2018. They received my information and details of the accident. Mind you the police was told not to come out by the dallas police department, had medical bills due to the accident. 1they didnt pick up my case. I had picked another attorney who picked up my case and Got an settlement from the drivers insurance. I just got hit is useless

This company took great care of me. I reached out for a quote online and within 15 mins someone was calling me to get me taken care of. My agent was Amanda English, from the beginning she made me feel safe and taken care of. She even happened to get a few laughs out of me while going through this stressful situation. I am grateful that I chose this law firm to fight for me.

I called the law firm on February 29th and the last time I got any call or email from them was on march 5th. I've emailed my case worker jackie Lara and she has not reached out to me. I will be going to another lawyer I will fire her and get someone else. I want updates weekly about my case and I dont even get every 2 weeks. Since I gave them all my info after signing up with them I have not heard a peep from them. So I do not recommend them to anyone. I dont even want to give them 1 star but it is what it is. I'm sorry but if someone wanted to help they would have done the right thing. If she has too many cases she should have never taken mine. But it's too late now cuz I fire the firm.

I would like to take the time and give praises to Kassie Lopez. I had a rough time at first with my case and just thought I would give up. Kassie stepped up to the plate, we bumped heads at first lol. When no one else would call me back after I left messages. I would email her and she helped out everytime. She is a great asset to your firm. At the end Donovan then helped out. I cried when it was all finally over and I got my check. They made me fill so special and I pray blessings for you both 😘
