Ok so all of this start back in summer of 2017. I had a motorcycle accident and was in the hospital for 12 days. I was lost confused and broken. At 23 years old and having 2 daughters I was lost for what to do. I could move therefore had no way to work. My dad suggested Godsey Martin to me and I was yea ok whatever and pushed it off. I called Godsey Martin and they said they would help with no money up front. So now 8 months later, Im here getting paid for all my pain and suffering, all my insurance bills, all of time lost and honestly blesses to be alive. Those big numbers on advertisements are real !!!!!! Thank you Mrs. Carol Davis for your hard work on my case and patience. You have been nothing but great these past months. Every time I came into the office i was greeted with lovely customer service and hospitality. Thank you ms Tracey Rogers

It’s all good until your case is closed and your waiting on a check and they stop answering phones and only reply to email. I don’t like the fact that nobody returns my calls. I don’t like the fact that they 3-4 weeks and it’s been 7 and I have no clue wth is going on. At this point I’m fustrated and should have gone with another law firm.

Do not use this law firm. They send you to fake scam doctor's offices to rack up as much money as possible. Then once the treatment is complete they take forever to finalize the settlement. After treatment, my case is still open for nearly 5 months. After asking for another status update the lawyer told me that they dropped the ball on my case for nearly 2 months. The settlement process is even worse. My medical bills were some 22 thousand dollars and I had another $2500 in lost wages tottaly $24,500. They tried to offer me $6,000. I told them this was unacceptable and said we were going to take them to court then. I then received 3 phone calls asking me to reconsider. I refused. Finally some lady called me and said that they can offer me $8,500. I accepted. So much for fighting for every last dollar. Do not bother with this worthless scam of a law firm.

Hell I didn't want to give any star but had too to comment... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE THEY DONT RETURN CALLS THEY NEVER UPDATE YOU ON YOUR CASE. HERE IT IS I'M SCREWED UP AND NEED SURGERY DO YOU THINK THEY ALLOWED ME TREATMENT SERVICES.? "HELL NAW" I SHOW UP TO MY APPOINTMENT THAT I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON FOR WEEKS IN THE STORM JUST TO GET INFORMED THAT MY LAWYER RELEASED ME BUT NO ONE CAN EXPLAIN THAT TOO ME OR RETURN PHONE CALLS.. NOW THAT I WANT TO FILE A COMPLAINT THE OPERATOR WANTS TO TRY TO FIX THINGS AND ALL THIS BS NO MA'AM I WANT TO FILE A COMPLAINT...ALSO, A FEW RECEPTIONIST ARE VERY RUDE AND SHOULD NOT HOLD THAT TYPE OF POSITION

I called about my accident and it seemed as they were very concerned about my emotions & needs right away. JeLisa King was very caring and attentive through my confusion. She took my info and kept me up to date on the initial process of things. Christina Kennedy was courteous and professional in her conversation with me. She went into quality details about the process of the other party's Insurance and how both sides works making me feel more comfortable. I'm not looking forward to all of this, but I believe that I'm in the right hands. Stephen Hall

I want to thank the whole staff at Godsey Martin. Thank you Markeysha Jackson for fighting for the money I deserve. Godsey Martin stayed on top of my case even with these troubling times.

To just say helpful would be an understatement.Provided adequate therapy after my accident and even better representation. I’m glad that I chose them to get the best representation possible.

Mr. Aguirre and Mrs. Wyatt are absolutely wonderful! They always answer my questions and keep me updated. They are always there to help if I have additional questions also. I know I can call or email and I will know what is going on. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Overall my experience was good but towards the end, the customer service went downhill a bit. My only issue was with my last case worker & her supervisor who weren't communicating for a couple of months. Luckily Marlen Castro, my first case worker, was extremely helpful resolving my issues & always communicated with me when nobody else was & kept giving me the run around for a couple of months.

Services was above and beyond, even doing a unexpected pandemic.
