I got into a wreck December 27 of 2021 and after hearing advertisement I felt Godsey Martin would be the best for my case since my case has started I have had minimal communication with my caseworkers I’ve also been contacted from the other insurance that they had sent out a check to Godsey for saying that they have paid the law firm and I have yet to reach someone to properly update me on my case . I’ve attempted multiple calm and am always sent to voicemail I really would not recommend and I can not wait until this is over. Update they did correct mistakes and had a positive outcome

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY!!! Before my case started good they got my insurance check from my insurer and cashed it, my case was settled and i still havent received any of my insurance money. Once they are done making money off of you its like they never existed. It took them almost two yrs to settle my case.

I had a great experience. This was my first time ever being involved in an accident and I was hesitant to call, but after the shock wore off I decided to be on the safe side. Each time I was contacted, it was a pleasant experience everyone was nice and helpful and answered all questions. whenever I called in and couldn't get what I needed, I did receive call back in a timely manner, I think I had to email only once. The only thing I had a problem with is the lady telling me that my accident wasn't that bad, and I think that was just a poor choice of words for someone whose life has been changed because of another persons irresponsible driving. I know she didn't mean it the way it came out. My case was over and done with within less than a year I believe. I have since recommended them to others and I hope I never need to call them again, but if so I would. Also the employees in the Houston office where I had to go sign paperwork were exceptionally nice!

My experience with Godsey Martin, P.C. was great. I had a car accident and called 4 hours after my accident and they began going to work immediately. Yvonne Wyatt and her service was excellent. She was very responsive (phone calls and emails) and very professional in every way possible. If you're ever in an accident, I recommend giving them a call.

I used Facebook Messenger to contact Godsey Martin Law Firm. Within 15 minutes or so Amanda Collins reached out via calling me. She was helpful, informative and was patient with my ignorances and the process. I didn't feel rushed or dismissed. I'm grateful and optimisitc that I will get the help I need to heal my injuries and situation. My vehicle supports my livelihood; so, this was refreshing. Thank you Ms. Collins.

I had the best experience with Godsey Martin and everyone was a tremendous help. One person that really stood out to me was Ms.Rachel C Rogatski. Easy to speak to and communicate with and would always have great energy. She was very consistent in helping me with updates and making sure everything was right. Nicest woman I’ve ever encountered. Highly recommend her for sure!

I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with this company my case is now going on a year and it is just getting to the “packaging stage”. I finished medical treatments in early February and since then have been getting the run around. No one calls to give you updates, you have to do that yourself. The one person that has been helpful is Kim Bobb but now my case has been reassigned to Angela Johnson l. I have been calling her and leaving voicemail for 3 days she finally answered today told me her computer was froze and will call me back in 3 minutes when it unfreezes. Did I get a call back? Nope! I wouldn’t suggest this law firm to anyone you are better of representing yourself.
