My fiancé and I contacted them because he got hit from the back. It started off good then we stop hearing from them no updates on the case. So we finally called and they say the person who was working on the case is no longer there, no one called and told us that that person was no longer there and that they are taking over the case. I feel like their not taking out case serious like they should and I think we are getting cheated.

Not going speak bad about this law firm thank you for what y'all have done with my daughter case but if I'm ever in a car accident again i would not be using them or tell anybody else to use them at the begining all I heard was lies after lies I knew they were lying but hi tried get deal with it ms Burnett she was good at keeping me updated i

I had a wreck in 2018 I hired this company they took the case I definitely was not at fault me and my kids were in the I was doing treatment never heard from this company again not even a update I also reached out to the lawyer handling my case never got a response so to day I was getting insurance on my car only to find out by the insurance company that I was found at fault for the wreck and this of course was placed on my record me having to find out this information from the insurance company was very unprofessional the company not contacting me unprofessional I’m upset and wouldn’t refer this company to anyone still have not heard from them as of today

At this moment. I am very displeased with the case manager I have and the service she has offered. I'm beyond concerned with my condition but it clearly seems as though she wants to get paid for not using common sense. I hope that this changes.

I normally look up company for the reviews and make my decision on what I do on a daily basis and see how other people experienced was just when I don’t do it I get the bad bud like always I hire to in Feb and the only time I get to communicate with them is if I take out the time of my day to call for any update. It’s like nobody works up there or maybe small cases aren’t important to them unless. I think they take on more then they can handle if not then they just have poor professionalism. I been waiting for a medical bill from the hospital for 3 months never knew the hospital didn’t want they money “IJS”

I've advised several of my family members & friends to Godsey Martin, P.C. for over a decade now. All have been for accident & injury claims. In other words, I had a vicarious relationship with this law firm without having direct contact and communication with them. I was satisfied with that, from how appreciative my family and friends were with their results. I was satisfied as well. Unfortunately last Valentine's Day I was involved in an uninsured motorist car accident. Long story short after a few agonizing and excruciating painful weeks I decided to contact Godsey Martin P.C., oh was that a great idea. My Case Manager-Amanda Bell immediately took action. Also this was in the beginning of the Covid Pandemic where there was a lot of uncertainty, Amanda provided insurance. In times that I felt an uneasiness about the process & one of the treatment facility, she instantly addressed the issue with said facility and told me "You will not have that issue again!". (BTW, that's a way to earn your clients respect.) Overall, I would recommend this law firm 10 times out of 10. At Godsey Martin P.C.
