I had a pretty difficult case. In the beginning, I was not satisfied with the service from my attorney and case manager. I felt neglected by the two. I was able to meet with Mr. Aaron Godsey who was wonderful. He listened to me and my concerns and frustration. He was very empathetic (which means the world to me). He placed me with Shantae Haymer who was absolutely awesome. Mr. Godsey assured me that I would be taken care of (as I had to have surgery). I had been walking on a injured ankle for over a year because my attorney did not know a thing about what was going on with me. I can honestly say, Mr. Godsey and Ms. Haymer made the difference for me. I appreciate them more than they know.

M. Rangel was the best. She heard me out and helped me with everything she could. She also related to me. I highly recommend this firm.

I give the whole staff that assisted with my case a 10+ star rating They were so helpful. I felt like I was calling too much but no one seemed to be bothered. They answered every question I've asked! I really want to give a personal remark towards KIMBERLY CLARK.( SHE IS AMAZING, NICE ,CARING, AND ONE OF THE MOST OUTSTANDING PPL IVE DEALT WITH) If I was her manager I would be looking to turn her into a manger!! Javier Guel is truly wonderful, professional, and easy to talk too. He didn't rush our conversation, every question was answered to the best of his knowledge. I've never sued before but I don't know if I would do it again. It took forever to receive my settlement however they did urgently get me treatment for my injuries. I just don't feel as though it was worth it in the end I lost my job, my apartment and fell behind on my car notes in which at one point I was living in my car. I just feel as though I wasn't compensated for what I totally lost.
