Getting in a car accident and having to deal with insurance company’s can be exhausting. I’m so glad I gave Godsey Martin a call to assist me though out this process. Christina Kennedy was in charge of my case and did a fantastic job. I had many questions and concerns but she was there the entire way to ensure me I would be taken care of. My whole experience with Godsey Martin Law Firm has been positive. I had the pleasure of having Amanda Bell work on my case. She was nothing but supportive along the whole process. I was in a minor accident but it still left my back injured and I had to demote from a position that was very physically demanding. I've never sued before but I don't know if I would do it again. It took forever to receive my settlement however they did urgently get me treatment for my injuries. I just don't feel as though it was worth it in the end I lost my job, my apartment and fell behind on my car notes in which at one point I was living in my car. I just feel as though I wasn't compensated for what I totally lost.

Really good at keeping you informed

Do your research before using this firm. My spouse was hit by 3 vehicles this firm called with a $1000 settlement over 6 months later. They had no clue of what doctors they sent him too. We could have did a settlement ourselves and got more that $1000. He missed more days of work than the settlement pays. Very very poor communication. CANT EVER GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE!! Wish I could change all of this. My husband was in a bad situation and this made it worse. Please do your research before jumping on the first thing. I will do my best to let people know of this experience. I hate to get messed over with no explanation.
