I called Godsey Martin right after my daughter and I were hit by a drunk driver on the highway. They were very helpful in getting us set up with the medical care we needed and getting us a fair settlement through the drivers insurance. Priscilla Nowlin was my point of contact and kept me up to date with every step of the process. She responded quickly and was very professional. I am very grateful for her and for the Godsey Martin team!

They actually deserve a ZERO. It pains me to write this, but it's true. I would not hire this firm if you have a SERIOUS injury and can prove you are not at fault. A woman ran a stop sign, hit me and broke my wrist. I mistakenly hired this firm and they resolved nothing; I fired them. In the initial phone call they set you up to see a chiropractor. I was adamant that I didn't have a back injury and I already had a cast on my hand; but they lied to get me there. They told me the chiropractor was a doctor and he needed to look me over...NEGATIVE. He was a chiropractor. I told the chiropractor that I didn't have a back injury, just a broken wrist. He cancelled the appointment right then and there and sent me home. However, while I waited I noticed he prescribed everyone to see him 3x's per week. Next, let me inform you of my case manager, Jasmine Savoy. She doesn't return your phone calls. The defendant's insurance company called me three times and told me they have not been contacted by my attorney (that's why they kept calling me). When I called the law firm (3 times in two days; left two messages) and finally got the case manager on the phone (notice I called her, she never returned my two messages), she told me that she could not contact the insurance company until she received a police report. I didn't understand her logic because I picked up a copy of the report the week prior. Her excuse was she was waiting on the police department to send her the report and because of the storms the wait was longer. I was done. I didn't have the time or energy to drag out an insurance claim. My time is more important than the $1500-2000 you might get after all is said and done. Not to mention, I'm not with scams and games. My injury was cut and dry; but clearly not enough for Godsey and Martin. P.S. If you try to express your frustrations with them you will see (hear) their TRUE colors. The nice, compassionate, and understanding people on the phone will turn into rude and entitled a&%holes. Godsey and Martin may be excellent lawyers as they have two HUGE firms; but you will NEVER talk to them; nor will they EVER be involved in your case.

First off I want to give Anthony Lopez And Ryan Rodgers a huge thank you for all of the hard work! You guys made it happen! Thank You Once Again Even when you were dealing with Covid 19 and was able to still manage my case along with others! You Fought hard and definitely glad your ok !

Do your research before using this firm. My spouse was hit by 3 vehicles this firm called with a $1000 settlement over 6 months later. They had no clue of what doctors they sent him too. We could have did a settlement ourselves and got more that $1000. He missed more days of work than the settlement pays. Very very poor communication. CANT EVER GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE!! Wish I could change all of this. My husband was in a bad situation and this made it worse. Please do your research before jumping on the first thing. I will do my best to let people know of this experience. I hate to get messed over with no explanation.

Great company

Called them about an accident I was in as an pedestrian in 2018. They received my information and details of the accident. Mind you the police was told not to come out by the dallas police department, had medical bills due to the accident. 1they didnt pick up my case. I had picked another attorney who picked up my case and Got an settlement from the drivers insurance. I just got hit is useless

This company took great care of me. I reached out for a quote online and within 15 mins someone was calling me to get me taken care of. My agent was Amanda English, from the beginning she made me feel safe and taken care of. She even happened to get a few laughs out of me while going through this stressful situation. I am grateful that I chose this law firm to fight for me.

I called the law firm on February 29th and the last time I got any call or email from them was on march 5th. I've emailed my case worker jackie Lara and she has not reached out to me. I will be going to another lawyer I will fire her and get someone else. I want updates weekly about my case and I dont even get every 2 weeks. Since I gave them all my info after signing up with them I have not heard a peep from them. So I do not recommend them to anyone. I dont even want to give them 1 star but it is what it is. I'm sorry but if someone wanted to help they would have done the right thing. If she has too many cases she should have never taken mine. But it's too late now cuz I fire the firm.
