The worst experience that I have ever received. My car wreck was back in Oct 2019 my case was closed in Dec 2019. I received a call on Jan 8th about my settlement amount and was told I would receive it and receive a call back within 6-8 weeks. It’s march 20th no call back, no response to any of my calls or emails. This is ridiculous and I will be getting in contact with my good friend at Fox News as well as the better business Bureau.

I used this firm back in 2013 in my first car accident ever and my children were in the car. I was so scared but they took care of me and my kids, got my car fixed, and we all received or checks when I was told we were. They are very professional and kind and tagged me like they truly cared for me and my children. I was very grateful for them, and I appreciated all they did for us.

The accident was 04.18.16 guy ran into the back of me on Malcolm X and Taylor. I was behind 3 cars waiting for the 1st to turn left.
On 04.19.16 I went to my pcp because I could not move the next day. A bill my health insurance will not pay because it was a accident.
On 04.24.16 I contacted Godsey Martin to represent me. I was referred to DFW Injury Clinic by Godsey Martin. I started going there around the 28th of April. About the middle or end of May I informed Jasmine Savoy the Client Service Mgr that I had filed bankruptcy back in December and I was not sure if it would effect me or not or what to do. So I called the law firm dealing with the bankruptcy and I was told to let them know when the case was settled. I informed Jasmine of that and she stated that she would speak with the attorney and let me know. Meanwhile I am still going to therapy, having MRI's done and seeing the Dr @ Comprehensive Spine.
On several occasions she told me that she had left msg for the trustee with no response. She assured me that things were fine because Hertz accepted responsibility meanwhile I am still going to the Dr, therapy etc.
August the 4th she called me and told me that after speaking with the attorney the were no longer going to represent me because the trustee told them they would have to file petitions with the courts for the settlement and if they had to go to court it would not benefit me because then the price would go up.. She sent me the information to Hertz adjuster and a copy of the bills and MRI reports. Still never told me Hertz denied the injury portion back in June. So I continued going to the Dr because I did ask her to wait on sending in the letter of no longer representing me because I had appt. I was under the impression the adjuster had my bills and all I had to do was be released from the Dr.because she assured me i had a case.
So I got a call from Comprehensive Spine on 08.25.16 and she informed me they got the letter and was told that Hertz denied the injury part and Godsey no longer represent me.
I spoke to the adjuster at Hertz 08.25.16 and he told me that He closed the case June 5 because he never got a response from Godsey and with the minor damage to my car my injuries did not come from the accident but Hertz did pay for the repairs to my car after I sent the estimate in to them. I got messed over. I am 42 years old a mother of 4 and NEVER been in accident, NEVER played sports.I never had any injuries and my life time medical records would show it. I have a healing fracture clavicle my left shoulder, a injury to my neck that had to come when my head jerked back and forth because I had a headache instantly, I get muscle spasms in my shoulder and neck.
Godsey Martin DID NOT do what they advertise that they would do..You get a call once a month with a line of BS. Now here i am with these medical bills and pain that come and go..I never spoke to the attorney. They are crap..

I went into this not knowing what to do or how to even start BUT Markeyshia always kept me up to date and when she wasn't able to reach me she would either email or always leave voicemail message or have someone reach out to me but she always made sure I knew what was going on with my case. She was never too busy to speak with me. When I would ask a bunch of questions she never acted irritated or like she was in a rush. It was a long drawn out process but Markeyshia made it bearable. She looked out for me and made sure that I got the most back from my settlement.

My fiance and I were in an accident on February 22, 2018. We were on a lyft rise when a F250 rammed into the side of the lyft driver's car. Upon contacting godsey Martin we were assigned a case manager Christina Kennedy. She was very rude and misleading. Initially she said that we weren't suing lyft that we we're suing the at fault driver's insurance. We've requested several times to speak with an attorney and have yet to speak with our attorney. My fiance received a call yesterday to pick up his check but today when he asked to see paperwork they now say Christina isn't going to be in the office but they'll see what they can do. We drove 7 and a half hours to meet with the attorney and still couldn't see or speak to anyone. This company is a fraud and cares nothing for the client. We are about to end our client-attorney relationship with horsey Martin and hire a new attorney and they can handle the logistics of getting their fee for doing absolutely nothing at all. Worst experience ever. Go somewhere were your business is appreciated and you're treated like a client instead of a burden!

I WANT MY MONEY!! WE HAVE RECEIVED HORRIBLE SERVICE ON OUR CASE! WE'VE HAD SEVERAL CASE WORKERS CAROL NOW HANNAH NEITHER OF WHOM DO THEIR JOBS! WE HAVE DONE ALL OF THE LEG WORK IN OUR CASE, THE INSURANCE HAS SETTLED THE PROPERTY CLAIM IN 3 WEEKS; GM HASN'T EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED THE 3 LOP REQUESTS FROM THE DR TO RELEASE THE MED BILLS SO THE PERSONAL INJURY CLAIM CAN BE SETTLED. I ONLY FOUND THIS OUT B/C I CALLED THE DR MYSELF AFTER NO UPDATES FROM MY CASE WORKER. THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND HAS GONE ON TOO LONG!!
