The one thing I can see most of us agree on is that this place has issues returning calls in a timely manner. The lack of professionalism is exactly why I would NOT recommend this law firm. Called for an update today and was told Paige is out of the office so they transferred me to what I thought would be her VM and it was Lashunda (the paralegal) so I hung up and called back and that's when I was told Paige is no longer apart of the firm. We have gone through 3 different lawyers in the last year. Others have stated to stay away from this company and I would strongly advise you to listen. STAY AWAY!!!

This past weekend I spoke with a exceptional associate of the renowned Gacy Martin firm. I'll admit to being a little skeptical, but in the end Lorenzo Smith reassured and convinced me I made the perfect decision. Thank you!!

If you want to become whole and feel like family, Godsey Martin Law Firm is where you need to go. I was in a car accident with my four children and Pearla Velasquez made sure I was informed every step of the way. She gave me updates on my case, asked me what if I wanted to settle, fought the insurance company to ensure my babies and I were being compensated. She represents the company well. I've had another ”big shot” law firm represent me in a prior accident and my experience with Godsey Martin makes me feel foolish I went anywhere else. I would recommend them to anyone. FYI, I'm a real client, not a paid reviewer.

After calling Angela for two weeks and calling her manager Sally no returned calls. Last attempt was told that I was not getting a call back because my attorney got fired and was dropped through the cracks and wait for my new attorneys call. Never recieved a call !! I reached out to them again and was told oh yea I see a note here and we can't help u but we can send your case to u so u can get the help you need we tried everything . WOW !!! Talking about not needing business and getting swept under the carpet thanks for being the lawyers you are really felt like I got the help I needed.

I would like to start off my experience with Ashley Oredia , she is vey prompt on getting back with you. she want the best for the clients and will go over and beyond to make sure that you know about your case. And will work very hard to settle your case in a timely fashion . She is very polite and show much concerns regarding you as a client . very professional and very knowledgeable regarding her position .

Always count on receptionist to answer the phone but don't count on anyone else, they just ghosted me in the middle of my case, been calling for weeks for a update, all I get is a voicemail. Me and my family would appreciate anything...

They did me wrong, if I could rate 0 stars I definitely would. EVERY TIME, no bs, I would call they would never answer me. Sent like 2 voicemails. They’d get back to me a whole week later. For my case, they didn’t give me my fulll amount that the insurance offered me. Instead, they used mostly everything to pay my medical bills when I had no reason to pay. They gave me a suuuuupppperrr small cut and they got a biiiigg cut off of all the money the insurance they offered me. I asked em what happen to all the money that was offered why how come you have a bigger cut than I do??
