Cecilia Espinoza and Hannah Garcia were the ladies who helped me get through this hardship. They want to make sure that we are ok... They call me for updates and check in on us frequently. They actually return my calls within 24 hours. THESE LADIES STAY ON TOP OF HELPING ME. I have recieved one settlement for one of my children who were victims in a accident caused by a lady TEXTING WHILE DRIVING WHO RAN A RED LIGHT causing the crash. These ladies have been the backbone to my stressfree service. I really appreciate these ladies. As for the settlement funds go... I CANT PUT A PRICE ON MY KIDS LIFE...THEY ARE OKAY AND WALKING AND MOST OF ALL...ALIVE. AS LONG AS THESE BILLS ARE PAID IM SATIFIED IN THEIR SETTLEMENTS. Thank you Godsey Martin and family.

Been dealing with them for 6 months. I do not receive calls anymore at all. They are causing more pain and suffering than anything. But I guarantee something is about to happen. I'll just call the insurance company and just settle with them and let them pay my doctor bill and call it even. I'm completely done with Godsey Martin. DO NOT USE THEM... SERIOUSLY. Neighbor used The Texas Hammer and got what was owed to him. It was enough for him to go buy 3 new vehicles, a $8000 lawn mower , a new trailer and buy houses and fixed them up and still have money. And it did not take 6 months either.Godsey Martin YOU'RE FIRED!!!!! Update it's been a while, but the outcome was that my son who was not even 1 at the time was in the car he did not receive anything but $300, the settlement I received was supposedly covered the days I missed at work too and then my at the time fiance was injured worse than me but some how we ended up getting thebsame amount and he ended going toothed ER multiple times due to him being in pain, so how we still ended up getting the same amount when he was injured worse than me, then and was not working so he didn't miss any work days, so I was confused but what really pissed me off my child my baby only got $300 after godsey took out $200, it took over 7 months to get him comfortable to ride in a car seat. We would have tonight until he's asleep to ease him in a car seat. We even bought a bigger one to make it comfortable for him, we had to take baby steps like putting the carseat in front of the TV so he can sit and watch TV then buckle him in while watching TV etc. So at the end you get what they fight for which isn't nothing and they get half off top it's not a 3% 6% or whatever they claim it to be at the beginning it's really 50/50.

Great stuff at 1-800 I JUST Got wanna thank Marlén and Carla they are very knowledgeable they would keep me updated on my case and would call me every 2 weeks to let me know how my case was going and the settlement w insurance so would truly recommend them to friends and family

How do you feel you deserve the same amount as me? The person who suffered injuries and mental trauma!!! My advice to anyone thinking about utilizing a law firm, maybe because you do not have time to research or etc, ask questions in regards to the administration fees, the fees in regards to the medical practice the firm is partnered with!!! Utilize your own doctor or one you’re familiar with so you can get a solid diagnosis, one not based on subjective information! And this is just my opinion but if you have to go through a automated system then several people, and you never speak to the attorney you see on the top dollar commercial, trust it’s not about providing a service to the community, the less staff and the more hungry the attorneys are, you will get a the best outcome!

I received courteous and professional service from my case manager Cecelia Espinoza and I have had a second accident and she is providing me with the same great service. I'm glad I was able to connect with her.

So I have been having trouble on my case from trying to talk to somebody on the phone or something is always missing, but here lately I've been speaking with Mr. D'Boyja Abney and he is truly amazing he listens and he works very fast hes understanding and very patient, I was just about to give up and lose hope and than I talked too him and I'm glad I did he's truly the man for the job keep up the amazing work that your doing THIS LAW FIRM IS LUCKY AND BLESSED TOO HAVE SOMEONE LIKE YOU !!!
