Yovanna was very helpful and made this stressful situation very smooth.

I was referred to them by a friend. My case started July 2022 & last time i heard from them was May 2023 & now that i received this letter from the person's insurance that a letter was sent to the firm NOW I have not heard back. I've been calling leaving voicemails. I will update this once I hear back. UPDATE: My case manager was Priscilla. They provided me with the service I needed. Answer any of my questions. They also kept me updated for a belief while. I was done getting with service in October 2022 which I'm told the paperwork will be sent to my lawyer. At the end of my process I received a phone call April 2023 about my case coming to a close. It took another 2 months to hear back. Juan was very polite and apologized for the lack of communication. I do refer to come here. The communication just has to be stronger.

I did not receive the experience I thought I would. Immediately after I called and put in a claim I was called by my attorney she stated I would receive a call back April 1st with an update with everything. April 1st came around I never got a call. I tried calling and leaving voicemails, not just through my attorneys extension but through the main line as well. I did not receive a call back. My mechanic reached out and finally got a call saying that they had dropped my case due to communication. I got ahold of the insurance company that would be covering damages and they as well told me that they could not get ahold of my attorney nor get a return phone call back. I expected a lot better from this company and was left with disappointment, to handle everything myself.

So far this has been a horrible experience. It's been 9 months and we haven't made any progress. I can still count on my hand how many times the firm has initiated contact. I've had to reach out to them every time. The settlement they're offering me is ridiculous. This has been a waste of my time and energy.

Amanda English is the GOAT. She has handled everything quickly and with great professionalism so far. The accident is unfortunate but I am happy I am able to work with her.

Yovanna does NOT respond after your first initial call, after she requests a positive google review lol. I have been left hanging, can not get a hold of a single person that will answer my questions. Very frustrating. Every time I get to someone, they told me they can't answer my questions. They said they can't help, and I have to leave a message with a brand new agent that's been assigned that does NOT call back even after multiple voice messages. original post: Yovanna showed a lot of compassion and care, really appreciate her. Definitely some ups and downs- but overall great experience. I’m not going to get into the details of my case but it was pretty clear cut. In the beginning everything was going extremely smoothly. The stream of communication was un-hindered. As my case progressed, my case manager was constantly updating me and keeping me in the loop. Then one week I was having trouble getting the medical attention I needed I could not get ahold of someone and was told someone would call me back I was contacted by an employee of the firm named “Juan”. He was able to get everything on track . Over the remainder of my case, he ensured that I stayed within the loop; and now everything is worked out, and I’ve received my settlement. Thank you Godsey Martin I hope I never get hit again but if I do you are on my speed dial.

The young lady that is handling my case name is Markeisha Jackson . I must say I was a little worried about using this company but Markeisha and team 11 has been awesome. When ever I call the office and leave a message the call is returned with in an hour. If Markeisha say that she will get back to you and give you a date trust and believe if she herself don't call you she make sure that some one on the team call. My case is still on going at this point but I have faith that Markeisha and team 11 will get it done.
