I have to say in the beginning, I was very upset with Godsey Martin. Called numerous times and no returned calls. Made me feel like my case or I wasn’t important. So, I decided to give up and said forget the case, it wasn’t worth it. My thought was, I would never recommend anyone to this firm. Imagine my surprise when I received a call from Vanessa with Godsey Martin. Vanessa returned my call and answered my questions and expedited my case. I appreciate Vanessa and she made me feel like I was just as important as the big cases. Thank you Vanessa for stepping up and handling my case in a timely manner. Joanne

Please don’t believe the hype!!! There communication sucks!! Whoever I was working with who gave me the information from day one just so happen to not work there anymore after a month on the case and the new person basically wanted to start from square one. I am 7 months pregnant and they had me going to pointless 10min therapy sessions 3x a week just to tell me they couldn’t help me . Case was dropped . I guess the called I received was basically wanting me to say there was nothing they could do .

These people are a joke they never answered my calls Ms Cruz never responded to even a text message!! I went to therapy. I went to Mri’s. I lost my job. I lost it all only for them to tell me that my injuries weren’t big enough for them so they dropped my case. Thank God for Ben abbot and associates they are going to fight for me. These people are a total joke wasted my time completely with them. Again they said because my injuries weren’t major enough this is after I finished everything. Ms Cruz is a joke she never answered me not even email. I wouldn’t chose these people. Also I never spoke to a actual attorney Ms Cruz is a paralegal not a Lwyer

I had a wonderful experience with the Godsey-Martin law firm from start to finish . The team was very prompt with gathering all the required information about my case. They worked with both myself and the insurance company to arrive at a suitable settlement and I’m very pleased with the outcome. My case manager ,Kassie worked deligently with me from start to finish as well. I’m very happy I chose this firm to represent me when I had my car accident .Thank you all for your service !

I hired them to handle a hit and run that i was in they called right away for the consult it took weeks for me to get set up with a doctor and once i was set up they took their time communicating with the pharmacy about getting my meds I’ve only spoken to my case manager once I’ve left several message with her alonda cruz to see what my next steps are since finishing treatment and i have yet to get a call back in 3 weeks they seem to not care very much about the client but about the money i am very dissatisfied and wish i went with a smaller firm
