Worst company ever!!!! So they settled for $3500, Godsey Martin only asks for 20% if your case doesn't go to trial, (which would be $700) I ended up only getting $1000 and Godsey Martin and the Therapy clinic split the rest of the $2500. I spent two weeks in therapy, My medicine was only $38. Where & the hell did they come up with $1000 from? The insurance company offered me $1500 before I even had a lawyer. These guys are not the way to go, PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE.

My mother contacted Godsey Martin, P.C. after her accident where she was not at fault. It took them one year and four months to settle my mother's case after she completed three months of therapy. (Which they wanted her to continued to go when it was not longer needed). As time went on and Godsey Martin, P.C. keep making frivolous excuses when she would receive her settlement. Each call that my mother made to Godsey Martin would get push back and would take two weeks to get a response or non at all. When you first contact Godsey Martin the customer service is outstanding. But once the therapy/rehab is completed, that A+ customer service is dismantled. And you are given a D+ level of service as "don't call us, we will call you when we get ready." It is a though your assigned attorney has vanished. Finally, after a year and four months, they issued my mother a check in February 10, 2021 that was dated January 5, 2021. The check was a few dollars more than PIP (Personal Injury Protection). My advice is if in a vehicle accident, if take photos. If medical attention is needed than call an ambulance. If therapy/rehab is needed go to your own doctor. Work directly with the insurance companies. If you choose to go with a legal team do your research and got with that has a good turn around and a good reputation. Godsey Martin (aka; "I Just Got Hit" was not a good one for my mother.

First, I would like to thank Qiana Pandleton, the second negotiator for the help of the ending of my case she made everything go very easy and fast, I would recommend her she gets the job done 100 out of 10. But during my whole process of my case it was horrible Coral Davis was the initial negotiator and she would not call nor send any emails for months. I would call and email her and she would not respond back. I didn’t want to have someone else help with my case because I knew the process would be longer but she was not doing her job at all, I would not recommend her -100 out of 10. But in the end I asked for someone else which was Qiana Pendleton, she answers her phone and gets the job done and she was on it so thank you Qiana for your help. :)

This was my first accident and it was very scary times for me Markeyshia Jackson and Myra Tolbert helped me through every step of the way. Markeyshia Jackson made sure I was updated on everything going on about every 2 weeks. Myra Tolbert handled everything within just a few months. They did a great job with communicating and getting things done quick. I would recommend anyone to go here after a car accident.
