The sales people were great...friendly and attentive. Once the case was in their hands I got pretty much NO contact unless I initiated it. Calls and emails went unanswered. The case was small and pretty simple... or should I say "is" as it is still not resolved after over 9 months. I waited to post my review hoping for a better experience in the end.

I have been dealing with this case since 2017 , I have lost memory and consistent headaches we never get called back I have left numerous messages to please have our attorney call us we had trial scheduled atleast 4 times to hear maybe 2 days before trial it’s canceled till further notice now we only hear from our attorneys secretary or who ever works for him yearly even though we are constantly told they will keep contact monthly this is like the 5th person imagine not being able to lift your disabled child and forgetting things like to wear shoes. I even sent the alert message 2 days ago called 3 times left messages and still no return calls I also had my daughter do the same it has gotten so bad we forget we have a case u till we hear them on the radio. We just wish we where treated fairly and contacted why has this gone on so many years this is very discouraging. Last update was before thanksgiving they didn’t contact me they told my daughter trial was pushed till may do to the other sides attorney retirement lol. Well it’s may and no one still has contacted us what happen to last trial date.

Yovanna Torres did a great job assisting with my case. I got into a really bad accident that almost totaled my car. Yovanna provided great customer service throughout the whole process. She was very efficient, helpful and a pleasure to do work with. It was good to know she was there to answer my questions and solve my problems. If you want an provider who will help you out in the best way possible ask for her.

Worst experience in my life.Rear ended May 30, 2021 by two vehicles. Communication was awful. My case has been repeatedly passed from hand to hand and left sitting on desks of former employees or caseworkers who didn’t have a clue for almost 2 years. I’m irritated with the entire way I have been treated and mishandled. I tried to support. Wish I had called someone else. I hate hearing their radio ads at this point. Do not use this firm unless you don’t mind them feeding bs and treating you like you’re stupid. I’m still in pain and I’ve lost a lot dealing with them. It took six months for someone to contact me after sending several emails in September 2022. Hate is a strong word but I’m there. I just got hit by them.

Amanda bell and Christina were very amazing. It’s been almost a year and I’m so glad that I chose this law firm. I hope they fix the lack of early on communication with the lawyers but other than that it was a great experience. I truly appreciate them!

Amanda English is very professional. She was patient and and kind and made us feel comfortable.She carefully listened to our answers and helped us get started with exactly what we we needed. We are very satisfied.

I was referred to them by a friend. My case started July 2022 & last time i heard from them was May 2023 & now that i received this letter from the person's insurance that a letter was sent to the firm NOW I have not heard back. I've been calling leaving voicemails. I will update this once I hear back. UPDATE: My case manager was Priscilla. They provided me with the service I needed. Answer any of my questions. They also kept me updated for a belief while. I was done getting with service in October 2022 which I'm told the paperwork will be sent to my lawyer. At the end of my process I received a phone call April 2023 about my case coming to a close. It took another 2 months to hear back. Juan was very polite and apologized for the lack of communication. I do refer to come here. The communication just has to be stronger.

I did not receive the experience I thought I would. Immediately after I called and put in a claim I was called by my attorney she stated I would receive a call back April 1st with an update with everything. April 1st came around I never got a call. I tried calling and leaving voicemails, not just through my attorneys extension but through the main line as well. I did not receive a call back. My mechanic reached out and finally got a call saying that they had dropped my case due to communication. I got ahold of the insurance company that would be covering damages and they as well told me that they could not get ahold of my attorney nor get a return phone call back. I expected a lot better from this company and was left with disappointment, to handle everything myself.
