Receptionists are extremely rude and don’t have answers to anything. I was told there’s no suporvisor, it’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t got a follow up from the attorney or anyone since day one. Can I at least get professionalism if I can’t get a follow up?

Priscilla N was a great help. She handled my case like a pro. She kept me informed, checked on me to make sure I was getting better and answered any questions that I had throughout the process. When we finally met, she explained to me the billing invoice. She made this process easy and I am glad that I chose Godsey Martin to handled my case and they chose to assign her to me.

I have dealt with several people regarding my car accident. At first someone was contacting me every 2 weeks to check on my progression dealing with therapy and pain management. It wasn't until after I got released from the doctors that I can't get in touch with anyone. Leave a voicemail and never get a returned phone call. On everyone's voicemail message it says if they don't contact you back within the next 24 hours to call and ask to speak with their manager. Did that... nothing changed.. After calling several times to see where my case is at im just to a point right now where I should call the doctors office myself and do their jobs for them. Maybe I should personally make my appearance known.

They are the most helpful and kind people I have met at a law firm. They smile and are always trying to make sure you are happy.

My experience has not been pleasant. My initial case manager was Jasmine but the lack of communication and follow ups have been incredibly disappointing. Juan, I’m assuming is the mediator has tried to be helpful but I’m incredibly disappointed. My last experience at another reputable law firm in Texas (Texas Hammer) set my expectations too high. This firm just isn’t doing it for me. Return a phone call, check ins… anything to show that my case matters would be appreciated but if I don’t reach out.. I get NOTHING. I take that back.. I do get something… A VOICEMAIL that promises to call back within 24hrs if not the same business day. And still.. 24hrs… turns into silence because they never do.
