Hi my name is Robert and I'm currently a client. My experience dealing with Desird Godfrey has been beyond great! She has excellent customer service, and she really does treat her clients with care. Desird made sure to follow up with me every two weeks like she promised. Desird should get a raise for the extra lengths she go to in order to make sure her clients are satisfied.

I normally look up company for the reviews and make my decision on what I do on a daily basis and see how other people experienced was just when I don’t do it I get the bad bud like always I hire to in Feb and the only time I get to communicate with them is if I take out the time of my day to call for any update. It’s like nobody works up there or maybe small cases aren’t important to them unless. I think they take on more then they can handle if not then they just have poor professionalism. I been waiting for a medical bill from the hospital for 3 months never knew the hospital didn’t want they money “IJS”

The case I have started over 6 months ago. I was on fact finding and information gathering mission in order to get my case worked properly. I did all of the leg work and yet they will get paid. The thing is my case is completed and I am still waiting on my check to be cut. No work, they are getting paid, and I have waited over a month for a check to be cut for me. This is utterly ridiculous the lack of communication and professionalism has really given me a different view of this company. The sad part is the whole time I have never spoken directly with an attorney only legal assistants and yet they are getting paid. This has been one of the most horrible experiences ever.

About a couple of months ago I was involved in a car accident (“t-bone” passenger side). So I reached out to Godsey Martin’s law firm to seek help. I was first set up with apparently 2 different people to arrange me with an attorney. Long story short things got so hectic( unorganized, attitudes and non communication) that I was already under enough stress and lost it. Yes, I was fed up and wrote a lengthy review due to me not being treated right. Remind you it was my first experience working with a law firm. Fast forward I get a call from the Godsey Martin law firm receiving an apology and assuring me that I'll receive better treatment if given a second chance. I did and let me tell you all... CECILIA ESPINOZA is by far the BEST the attorney I’ve worked with as a first time client. She literally goes above and beyond, omg her communication skills is phenomenal and should be acknowledged more. I’m so pleased that I followed my first mind and gave the firm a second chance and I can officially say THEY WILL STAND BY THEIR WORD! I want to say thank you to all that has helped me regain the trust and respect to the company and to all who are actually wanting to help people.

It’s all good until your case is closed and your waiting on a check and they stop answering phones and only reply to email. I don’t like the fact that nobody returns my calls. I don’t like the fact that they 3-4 weeks and it’s been 7 and I have no clue wth is going on. At this point I’m fustrated and should have gone with another law firm.

I was refered to GMLF by a family member, and it was a great one. My case manager, Cecilia, was the best. She's very attentive and kept my in the know of my case status. Whether it was email or a phone call, she was always prompt to respond without giving me the run-around! GMLF handled my case with patience and care, and I'll refer anyone to them.

I was very upset with Godsey Martin But I will say that in the end Dealing with Mrs Shantea Haymer was a good experience she actually cares about the client and worked hard to get me more Thank you so much Mrs. Haymer for showing you do care about the client and That Im not just another case.
