Great experience... Emelie Lopez was wonderful.

I Definetly recommend Godzy law firm. If any one gets into an Car accident. I love the service Emile Lopez gave me! since day 1, She was in touch with me, at all times since she took over my case. She did an awesome job. Helping me get some of what I deserve. I highly recommend Emile lopez at Godzy law firm. She's really good of what she does. Thanks Emile for her help all the way.

Being that I was a client with Godsey Martin for over three years I will admit that at the beginning of my experience was very rocky. I didn’t hear much from my case manager (even though i about 3 or 4 of them) and I never knew who my attorney was personally as far as meeting them for the first two years of my case. But then.. LOL Along came three wonderful people who helped out with the remainder of my case and got everything settled and situated and turned a bad experience into a great one. I want to personally think my attorney Donovan, my caseworker Vanessa as well as Perla. From the day they all took over my case, everything was smooth sailing from there. Vanessa was consistent in contacting me regularly and keeping me in the loop of everything and each time we were making progress. Donovan was amazing he was very professional and honest w me about every step and made sure he faught for me in mediation. He kept his word on my settlement amount and I even got more than expected! And in the end Perla was great in making sure i was able to get my check on time and customer service was great. Thank you guys for a great outcome I’m grateful!

This Company has helped me so much through my process of my wreck with my two surgeries and stepping up when the other person insurance did not want to pay. Emile Lopez took charge and made sure I was updated on everything and made sure everything was taken care of.I am truly grateful and able to give my 5 year old son a great Christmas thank you

I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with this company my case is now going on a year and it is just getting to the “packaging stage”. I finished medical treatments in early February and since then have been getting the run around. No one calls to give you updates, you have to do that yourself. The one person that has been helpful is Kim Bobb but now my case has been reassigned to Angela Johnson l. I have been calling her and leaving voicemail for 3 days she finally answered today told me her computer was froze and will call me back in 3 minutes when it unfreezes. Did I get a call back? Nope! I wouldn’t suggest this law firm to anyone you are better of representing yourself.

Godsey Law firm was a blessing to us, they fought for our money with the insurance company and really went above and beyond for us. They were so easy to work with, basically a call away! Thank you for your services!!

I was a backseat passenger involved in a blindsided rear end accident in April 2018. I’ve been in touch with Cecilia Espinoza since that date, and she has been extremely responsive & sympathetic in our interactions. She consistently provides me with the latest news regarding my case, but advises me on the best options to take moving forward! Ms. Espinoza is currently wrapping up my case, and has worked tirelessly to enhance my settlement amount. She’s the one you need to speak with to help you in your crisis!

I would give them No stars that one don’t even count. My daughter was in a car accident an was hurt also very traumatized so my sister told us to call them. What a waste of time. They didn’t do any investigation. They didn’t even answer the phone half the time. They didn’t do anything for my daughter, but make her keep going to their injury clinic four times a week. They didn’t fight with the insurance company or nothing. It was like they waited on me to give them the information from the insurance company. They are very unprofessional an a waste of time please go somewhere else

I WANT MY MONEY!! WE HAVE RECEIVED HORRIBLE SERVICE ON OUR CASE! WE'VE HAD SEVERAL CASE WORKERS CAROL NOW HANNAH NEITHER OF WHOM DO THEIR JOBS! WE HAVE DONE ALL OF THE LEG WORK IN OUR CASE, THE INSURANCE HAS SETTLED THE PROPERTY CLAIM IN 3 WEEKS; GM HASN'T EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED THE 3 LOP REQUESTS FROM THE DR TO RELEASE THE MED BILLS SO THE PERSONAL INJURY CLAIM CAN BE SETTLED. I ONLY FOUND THIS OUT B/C I CALLED THE DR MYSELF AFTER NO UPDATES FROM MY CASE WORKER. THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND HAS GONE ON TOO LONG!!

I’m very pleased with Cecilia Espinoza. She was very helpful with all my questions and always keep me posted about my case. Godsey Martin is a good place to go if you ever get into a car accident. If I couldn’t reach Cecilia threw phone I could always reach her threw via email. Thank you for all of your help.

My fiance and I were in an accident on February 22, 2018. We were on a lyft rise when a F250 rammed into the side of the lyft driver's car. Upon contacting godsey Martin we were assigned a case manager Christina Kennedy. She was very rude and misleading. Initially she said that we weren't suing lyft that we we're suing the at fault driver's insurance. We've requested several times to speak with an attorney and have yet to speak with our attorney. My fiance received a call yesterday to pick up his check but today when he asked to see paperwork they now say Christina isn't going to be in the office but they'll see what they can do. We drove 7 and a half hours to meet with the attorney and still couldn't see or speak to anyone. This company is a fraud and cares nothing for the client. We are about to end our client-attorney relationship with horsey Martin and hire a new attorney and they can handle the logistics of getting their fee for doing absolutely nothing at all. Worst experience ever. Go somewhere were your business is appreciated and you're treated like a client instead of a burden!
